Wonderful location on Lake Superior. If you enjoy wilderness, beautiful lake views, and serenity this place is for you! We will stay again, simply a question of when!

The perfect place to unplug.

We really enjoyed this time home for a much needed place to unplug from our stressful jobs. It was beautiful and the sunrises/sunsets over the water were stunning. We really enjoyed watching them over the water. A picture perfect view, we can’t wait to return. Our own little slice of heaven for the week and the walk to the light house was perfect.

Staying at Crisp Point was an absolute joy. No details were over looked. The fully stocked kitchen and utensils were all top of the line even down to the small clothes pins and q-tips. The bathroom was well organized and had plenty of hot water after a sunny day on the beach agate rock hunting, or yooperlites by night. The deck overlooking the water was relaxing, while cooking s’mores by the picnic table in the fire pit viewing calendar picture sunsets. Book now and get unplugged!

A Beautiful Gem

What a unique and precious vacation! My husband and I felt very privileged to stay in this magnificent place. What a view! How peaceful and invigorating! The host, Kai, was very kind, patient and great at communication. This is the place to be when you need to reset, reconnect with nature, and just be in the moment. The cozy cabin is decorated with taste and the bed is amazingly comfortable. We could walk to the lighthouse from the beach, and climb on top to enjoy the view on beautiful Lake Superior. The lighthouse volunteers are super nice! Merci beaucoup Kai for this unforgettable experience. We miss it already and we sure hope we can come back next summer!

Getaway from chaos!

We were pleasantly amazed how isolated we found the location . Very few people were on the beach. We managed the “non potable” water for cooking and cleaning. I was thankful I brought my air fryer to cook meats/potatoes in. I’m a foodie! We navigated our beach equipment down the VERY steep trail s as bd settled in gor many gorgeous beach and rockhounding days. We even hunted for rocks at night! Great getaway from chaos of day to day!! Just want to note that the 18 mile drive in is beautiful but was very hard on our tires. We ended up with a mail in one tire and a slash in another. The nail on the back rear tire was embedded so tire remained usable. The front right tire had to be changed out to our spare.
