This unit is part of a timeshare program. I would consider it more of a two bedroom hotel suite than a condo. The unit was acceptable and clean and there are plenty of on-site property amenities for entertainment. However, the guest shower was not functioning properly in our unit. When checking in, you will be highly pressured to sit through a 1 1/2 hour timeshare presentation during your stay. I declined to do so but the check-in process took almost an hour of our time as a result.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was wonderful- very clean with many amenities. All amenities were included in the price and my grandchildren had a wonderful time. The staff at the resort were excellent. Customer service is top notch. I will plan to come back here again.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. After going to Bush Gardens the kids enjoyed the pools at night. The game room was fun for families. I do wish the fitness center and sauna were better monitored as teens were running through during evening hours. However this did not change my opinion of the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here for another trip.

Fantastic property

What a fantastic property! Check in was seamless. Actually got into our room early at 1pm. Updated and clean. The most comfortable king beds we’ve ever had. Free arcade games, busy pool with pool bar. Adults only pool was a perfect respite. Gas grills available. Only a few miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes to Busch Gardens. We will return!

Perfect for Two Couples

Everything was perfect. If you have mobility issues make sure to mention that. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Nice ramp into the building so first floor would be fine.

Check in was absolutely awful. It was extremely loud and I was told by the concierge that to get the VRBO discount I had to pay an additional 60 on top of what I had already paid them I was told I had no choice but to go to a time share meeting as well for that discount. It was so loud and the process took so long that I just agreed to try and get on my way. Once we got to our condo it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I took some time to look over the paperwork for the timeshare and research online if I was in fact beholden to go to receive my VRBO price and found that wasn’t the case. That coupled with the smell had me calling down to the front desk, they didn’t answer, they also didn’t answer my text, I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for them to answer and finally I just drove down to talk to them. They weren’t so busy at that point and I’m not sure why my text or call was never taken but I did get to talk to a manager who gave me my 60 back on my card, was fine with me not being able to go to the timeshare meeting that was at another location entirely from the resort, and also gave me written notice that I wouldn’t be charged for the cigarette smoke smell in the condo. While that put a sour note on the beginning of our trip my wife and kids enjoyed their time immensely while I was working, wife said the pools were cloudy but the arcade is much bigger than pictured and completely free. This is definitely a kid centered resort.

The room was overall comfortable and clean. The dishwasher didn't work which is fine and one of the remotes may need batteries or replacing. We enjoyed ourselves and as always we look forward to coming back! Thank you.
