Beautiful views, we especially liked watching the sunset from the hot tub. Loved how the shuttle came right to the driveway, definitely in a great location. Overall we had a fantastic trip.

Location was great for our group since we all prefer skiing the western territory and the short walk to and from was convenient. The host was very supportive and helpful as needed. Parking was limited and a little challenging to get everyone unloaded and packed up the epic stairs, but seems to be within the norm for the area so not a knock on this spot; good for warming up the legs!

Laura is a great host and the property is ideal for a ski trip. Laura communicates very well. We didn't have any issues.

This house was perfect for our group. We walked right out the the western territory. Those who didn’t want to ski out could call the shuttle and it would be there in less than 10 minutes. Host was very accommodating and responsive leading up to and during the trip. Views from the house and hot tub made everything even better. We had a great time. Thank you Laura!

The cabin is a short drive to the village. The living room is nice to hang out with your family. The breaker tripped for the fridge and microwave during our stay. We couldn’t reach the host to resolve the issue during trip. Overall it was a nice cabin

A perfect getaway in the mountains! The property was clean and comfortable. A little bit difficult to find the property at first as the numbers are not in numerical order. Beautiful view and great central location. Would stay here again!

All instructions for checking in, cleaning, and checking out were simple. The house well-accommodated 9 guys and all beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all cookware/utensils needed and the grill was great to have for cooking burgers and steaks. I would suggest specific instruction be provided on how to operate the hot tub - we tried pressing all buttons and the unit did not warm over 3 days. The host was very responsive and offered to send a maintenance tech to check it out.

Solid Ski Weekend House

Loved the house. The trail to ski in and out of was even more difficult than we imagined, however shuttle system is super easy and picks you up right at the house.

Nice spot for any season

The house was nice lots of stairs so bring your good knees lol. Spacious and well decorated. Has a ton of sleeping space and a great view out of the kitchen/living room. Overall a solid spot to stay especially if you got a larger group

Beautiful View

The view from the back deck was beautiful. We were able to bike in and out easily from the neaby western slope (I suspect ski in ski out would also be a breeze during the winter). My family and I enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was super easy, and she was very helpful. Thanks Laura!

I would not recommend staying here. We showed up and the house was not cleaned: dirty sink, food on the counter and floor, toilet paper and towels thrown on the bathroom floor. It was clear that the house had not been cleaned (despite paying a cleaning fee). We ended up cleaning the house ourselves. Cleaners showed up at 6 pm as we were eating dinner after we had cleaned the kitchen, dining and living areas.

It was really unfortunate that the cleaners did not get there in time that day. That has actually never happened before as they’re a really good cleaning crew but sometimes these things happen. I was able to respond to you within three minutes and they sent a back up crew within an hour. I am so sorry that happened to you. I hope the rest of your day went better.

Great Sunsets and fireworks

Property was perfect for 3 adult couples and an infant. First time we didn't stay at the Summit when visiting Snowshoe for the 4th of July fireworks and bluegrass. Not as convenient for walking to the Village, but not a bad drive. The grill needed cleaned but the property was clean. Lots of light was nice but the place heated up every day from intense sunshine. Hot tub at night a real plus.

Great cabin!

We had a great weekend here! Hot tub was great & we did walk up the hill a few times to get to the Village. HOWEVER, I was surprised at the lack of restaurants open during the weekend. No breakfast options besides Starbucks (closed on Sundays) except at the bottom of the hill (Snowshoe Hare & I wouldn’t go there again). Had great dinners at Foxfire Grill! Would stay here again during “on season” for a different experience!

Perfect Spot for Girls' Weekend

The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend away (four friends in our late 40s). The photos don't do the view or the house justice. We spent most of our time relaxing and chatting on the top deck, though we also appreciated the hot tub on the lower one. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use an update but otherwise we wouldn't change a thing. Great communication from the owners - can't wait to return.

Bachelorette weekend

We had a fun get away in snowshoe! The house was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. Laura was easy to communicate with and very helpful! The only issue we ran into was getting into the driveway. When we arrived, the stairs to the house were icy and snowy and the driveway was covered in snow and our cars slid down. We tried to park the cars but could not make it up to the house without the cars sliding down. Laura was quick to put us in contact with the plow person and we got the driveway sorted out. The only feedback I have is it would have been helpful to have the driveway pre-plowed so we could get into the house. We had to drive to a resturant and wait for the plow to come before we could park our cars. Other than the driveway obstacle, the house was lovely!

Perfect location to go from girlfriend to fiancé

Booked this property for my boyfriend, his children, and I for our trip to Cass scenic railway. Left with a fiancé and bonus children. The views are out of this world amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and more if you desire to cook while there. The en suite shower was difficult to get hot water, if you turned it to hot it was cold, cold was cold, but if you could find the sweet spot before turning off, you could have warm enough water to shower off. We had issues getting the TV in the bedroom to work, but was not an inconvenience as we were basically only in the bedroom to sleep while there. We arrived after dark and the steps leading to the house were not pre-lit for our arrival and the heat in the house was set to 50. Overall, the stay was wonderful and nothing we encountered caused us any hardahips and we would definitely book this property again! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Congratulations!!! Thanks for the feedback too! We’ll make sure the company that does housekeeping leaves the stairs lit and I can do a better job letting folks know the heat is on low in between stays. Happy for you and your family and glad our house is part of your memories.
