Too many rules . Toilet and water did not work well. Bedroom humming all night. Could hear traffic all night. Not worth the price and certainly not an inviting atmosphere. Did smell clean . Also better instructions needed for camper operation. Price changed from original pricing. Will not rent again. Also not a welcoming introduction. We rented 2 different places over the weekend for visiting family. Night and day difference.

Nice camper somewhat worn but clean. No Coffee pot or way to make coffee. Owner said it would take 3 days for the coffee maker he ordered to get there. (Walmart is within a mile but he didn't seem to care.) Worse. we we told on arrival not to flush the toilet paper down the commode.Wow! I let him know the grass and weeds were over grown but he blamed it on the camp owners.

Hello Diane, thank you for the review and the feedback. We discussed I am not in charge of the landscaping in the rv park so it was out of my control as their machine went down. I also advised that the coffee machine was already ordered and I do not live in that area to have dropped one off which would have been my first option. It’s at my best interest to keep the Rv in perfect condition and in order to minimize issues with clogging I advise to not dispose toilet paper, trash can is provided for proper disposal. I am sorry your stay was not completely satisfying.
