Summerhouse condo

Check in was easy. The condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach is very nice and not overcrowded. The pools are close and clean. The condo was clean and had all necessities. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and comfortable property within "haul all your gear" distance from beach or pool. Easy check-in and -out. Pleasant staff onsite. And thoughtful/helpful little extras like extra hangers, clothes drying rack, and beach gear.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. We loved the location and view off the second-floor deck. We would recommend this property to others. The gift basket of goodies from the property owner was a nice gesture and was appreciated.

The property was as advertised. Quite clean and simply excellent views. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to be slightly out of the melee. Very quiet and serene with immediate access to both pools and beach. Will look to book again if we happen to return.

Great Views!

The view is excellent, close to the ocean. Loved the sound of the waves from the open bedroom window. Lots of good things about this place. Pros: Comfortable beds Roomy Clean Lots of amenities (tennis, pickleball, washer/dryer, etc.) Literally only steps to beach Friendly community Cons: Very strange sink/faucet configuration in kitchen Small bathrooms with limited storage Cheap sheets; bottom sheet wouldn't stay on At least 10 miles to groceries or restaurants

Condo was ok , 1-10 I’d say 5-6, having a ironing board but no iron was not good . Also the time we were there , no cable tv in any rooms , I call to complain but never fixed , we will not stay there again , TShea

Our attempt to resolve your issue was poor and we extend our deepest regrets that we could not take care of this for you during your stay. It was with great anticipation that we would be able to find a resolution with the cable provider, but due to their processes, it took longer than we expected. Again, we are sorry this was the case for you and for any miscommunication on our end. Although you may have qualms to return, we hope that you will reconsider and continue to book with us again.

Great Condo but needs some work

The unit was absolutely filthy and in need of a deep cleaning. Our feet were black five minutes after walking on the floor. There was mildew in the showers and hair on the floor. There was also mildew on the mattress protector after stripping the sheets. Gross. There are repairs that need to be made expeditiously. I love the location, the view and the neighborhood but the unit itself needs some help.

Amazing View of Sunrise

This property have a beautiful view of the morning sunrise but could use some maintenance. Patio door was very hard to open and rugs/carpets were soiled a worn. There were no kitchen linens provided. When we had an issue the property management company did respond and take care of it. Pools are beautiful. I would stay in this community again but probably not this unit.

Little piece of heaven!

The most amazing oceanfront view, steps from the beach and pool, and a short drive to all the action in the historic district. Crescent beach is our absolute family favorite and this sweet little condo had everything we needed to enjoy a couple weeks in our favorite place.

Nice beach get a way for family...perfect location for spending day on beach or at pool and ensuring fun for the whole family! Quiet area with clean condo made it a very comfortable stay.

A terrific ocean-side retreat!

What's not to love in a condo by the sea? This townhouse had the perfect view. It was clean and was decorated to perfection - stylish yet comfortable. There was also an ample supply of kitchen items and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple of wonderful restaurants nearby but it's a little removed (10-15 minutes) from the busiest parts of St. Augustine Beach. That's all good!

Pleasant stay

Our family of four enjoyed our time at this property. The apartment was clean and in good working order. The facilities around the complex (pool, tennis, pickle ball) were nice. And the access to the beautiful beach was perfect.

Lovely View

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is quiet and we didn’t have to encounter other people in this time of COVID-19. The ocean view especially at sunrise and the sounds of the waves was wonderful.
