Clean, spacious and stylish home on a quiet street 5 min walk to downtown. We had a great stay and the hosts were very communicative. Keypad entry on the door made coming and going without keys easy. The ACs worked great and there were plenty of towels. The hot tub was a plus! Would definitely recommend this place to future guests :)

Cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of the water & dining options. Owners were pleasant & great to communicate with during our stay. Several things to do in Bristol & about 35 min to Newport. Would recommend!

Beautifully designed but also comfortable and cozy. Accurate representation of the listing, had everything we needed available. Walking distance into town and pup friendly! Extremely kind and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, comfortable, welcoming and nicely decorated. We had a really busy weekend with a family wedding but I wish we had more time to enjoy the space! We did spend some time on the deck on Saturday morning. Highly recommend! We loved Bristol as well! Such a cute town!

We had such a wonderful stay in Bristol! Our host was absolutely fantastic! Sharolyn was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a sweet little welcome gift for myself and the girls, which was such a lovely touch.The space itself was beautifully decorated and we really appreciated the cozy, aesthetic vibe. She was also super helpful with local recommendations and pointed us toward some great spots to eat, explore, and enjoy the area.It truly felt like a home away from home, and her hospitality made our girls’ trip even more special. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bristol area!

I’m Sharolyn, the host behind The Front Porch Vacation Rental. I love historic homes and the charm of coastal New England, which is why I fell in love with our Victorian home in Bristol.

What started as a renovation project quickly became a passion for hosting and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces for travelers.

When I’m not preparing the home for guests, I enjoy spending time with my kids, our dog Larimar, and exploring the waterfront, local shops, and restaurants around town. My goal as a host is simple—make sure every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and able to experience the relaxed coastal lifestyle that makes Bristol so special.

Guests can enjoy leisurely strolls through historic streets, sunsets along Narragansett Bay, and scenic rides on the nearby East Bay Bike Path. It’s a lovely blend of coastal elegance, history, and relaxed seaside living.
