La nostra casa lontano da casa con vista sull'oceano condominio si trova nella prima complessa fase a Las Mañanitas. Ci è stato detto che è una delle unità più desiderabili, perché è al piano terra situato vicino alla spiaggia, piscina e zona barbecue. Il condominio è dotato di due camere da letto ed è completamente arredato con il chiarore messicano. La prima camera da letto ha un letto king size, doccia, bagno, cassaforte e TV; la seconda camera ha due letti full size, doccia e TV. Il soggiorno ha un 50 pollici 3D TV nuova, con audio stereo surround e Dish Network. Abbiamo una cucina completa con moderni utensili, lavatrice-asciugatrice, e un riscaldatore acqua extra large. Ognuna delle tre fasi ha una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio, e zona barbecue. L'angolo cottura esterno con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all'aperto; o cenare nell'area esterna accanto alla piscina e l'oceano, o godere di mangiare sulla nostra veranda, in entrambi i casi si avrà una splendida vista sull'oceano. Rilassatevi sulla veranda con il vostro caffè mentre il sole sorge, o fare una passeggiata sulla spiaggia mentre il sole tramonta. Condo 101 è il posto giusto!

Great Stay

Location and ease of access to Ocean outstanding! The complex was very quiet for us as we traveled early December. Complex was only about 1/3 full. Our unit had everything we needed. Communication with the owner perfect and was available if we needed anything. TV in Master bedroom didn't work when we were there. We would stay here again. Beautiful!!!

From the moment I arrived I was immediately relaxed. What a peaceful condo. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous views. The property and staff on site were first class.

Excellent!

The condo is even nicer in person! Well stocked kitchen…lovely furnishings….swimming pools are excellent! Very quiet complex with beautiful landscaping. Grocery store a short walk away. Walk down the beach to Mama Mia’s for food and music. Easy and safe to get around by Uber or taxi!

Lovely Condo to Enjoy Ocean Views

The condo exceeds expectations. It is even better than the pictures. Your breath will be taken away by the view. So easy to step out on the ground level patio. Very Quiet community. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay! Property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with supplies to enjoy family dinners if you choose to cook & stay in. The location of this condo is magnificent! Walking distances to many restaurants and La Comer grocery store too. Gorgeous views from inside condo and from patio!! Steps to pools and stunning beach. Our family was able to watch the sting rays jumping out of the ocean from our patio!! Thank you Dena & Ron for sharing your beautiful condo with us!! Exceptional stay at Las Mananitas

We had a great stay at Las Mananitas. Lovely, meticulous and spacious ground floor 2BR/2BA condo. Quiet, spacious property and grounds. Well maintained and beautiful property with security. Easy walk to La Comer grocery story and other restaurants near by towards San Jose and Mama Mia's on the beach. Walked to Zipper's for surf lessons with friends. Excellent communication by Dena. Would stay again!!

Amazing New Year's Holiday on the Beach

Having stayed at a variety of places in Los Cabos, Las Mananitas is our favorite. The location offers a peaceful setting, free from the crowds and chaos of Cabo San Lucas. It is just a few steps to the beach, which offers fabulous sunsets and no crowds or pushy vendors. The New Year's fireworks over the Sea of Cortez were a highlight of our trip. Our kids loved having the swimming pool very close to the ground floor patio. The Elton's were awesome hosts, as the communication was clear and concise. The condo is well equipped and consistent with the listing. We ate many meals on the patio, as the kitchen is well equipped for food preparation. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for families. We had no issues during our stay and highly recommend this condo. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Los Cabos!

Perfect stay in ever way!

We just returned from our stay at unit 101. It was absolutely perfect. We brought our 4 kids with us and they didn’t want to leave. Las Mananitas is a very quiet and secure complex. With multiple pools for swimming and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. The location of unit 101 is definitely one of the best in the whole complex. Literally a few steps from the pool and beach. You can sit on the patio and listen to the waves crashing while enjoying a meal or hop on the city bus to try out one of the many great restaurants in San Jose. Ron and Dena have everything you could possibly need at their condo. It was a great week and we can’t wait to go back.

Perfection!

Everything about this property and location is perfection! My husband and I stayed here for a week. We had a fabulous time getting to know the area. There is also tennis/pickleball on site, which we enjoyed every day. Thank you so much Dena and Ron! We will be back!

Great room location in the complex!

We loved our stay at Las Mananitas. The owners were responsive and it is an excellent location. Just steps from the pool and beach. Easy to head back to the room for snacks, drinks, bathroom, etc. Overall it was a wonderful stay. My only feedback would be the listing indicated queen beds in the one room. They seem about double bed size and the mattresses are pretty hard. (maybe have a beach chair or two for the condo users). Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location when visiting San Jose del Cabo!

Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo was wonderful, with spacious rooms, a great lay-out and tasteful, comfortable furnishings. We would walk right out to the pool -- maybe 50 feet from our patio to water and then on to the adjacent beach. It was excellent place to decompress. You really do hear the ocean waves, even inside the unit with doors closed. There were some restaurants and a large supermarket within walking distance; the cute central part of the town is a 10 min drive away. Dena was a super-responsive host which made resolution of any issues easy.

Las Mananitas Condo

Great Location. Steps away from the pool and the beach. Or, if you prefer, you can sit on the well appointed patio and watch whales, stingrays and porpoises play in the ocean. Everything you need is a short walk away. Groceries, restaurants, pharmacies etc. are all in the area. The condo was well stocked and the Elton's were excellent hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had had. It doesn't get any better than this.

Ocean only steps away

The condo was just as described. Hearing and seeing the ocean was the perfect way to relax and warm up. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The patio is huge and the porch chairs were very comfortable. The owners supplied a shopping cart which saved us carrying heavy groceries home from the store. There are two grocery stores within close proximity and several restaurants, as well as a bus to take you downtown. Las Mananitas security and grounds maintenance are high quality. We had one condo issue that was promptly taken care of. Thank you Dena!

Absolutely Perfect!

The photos and write up don't do it justice! The location is perfect, the suite had everything we needed and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. The grocery store is a 3 minute walk from the condo, the bus stops are right outside the main entrance, so no need for a rental car unless you're looking to explore beyond San Jose and Cabo. The beach was incredible and the water was great right in front of the condo. We absolutely loved it! Thanks Ronald and Dena for trusting us with your beautiful home!

Location. Location. Location! Could not ask for a better unit.

As advertised #101 is both steps away to the pool and ocean. An easy walk to the huge grocery store for food and beverages and a quick bus ride to San Jose del Cabo. The unit has everything you could possible need including a fully equipped kitchen, spice pantry and a communal borrow then pay it forward,cupboard of both books and heals of liquor. Mama Mias is a great on the beach restaurant just a five minute walk down the beach. The complex has very friendly staff and security and the grounds are immaculate. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Ron and Dena.

The perfect location to truly unwind!

Las Mananitas is such a beautiful property located close to the water! The grounds and common areas around the pools and BBQ grills are impeccably kept and it was just so quiet and peaceful, truly a perfect place to unwind. Loved cooking for ourselves and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean. A perfect vacation and cant wait to get back to Condo #101 soon!

Winter bliss....

The highest complements that owners can receive are repeat guests.....we have been one of those for several years now and feel that we have " found it". The superlatives in terms of a stay at Las Mananitas are numerous but here are a few. The owners are wonderful to deal with, the condo is well equipped and has the feel of an enjoyed family home, the location is exceptional, the complex is safe and very well maintained, the weather is perfect, and the scenery is spectacular. A holiday here , as an escape from the west coast weather, doesn't get any better.

Awesome--water, whales, accomodation, Los Cabos

We spent the past month at beautiful Las Mananitas and have already booked for next year. The accomodations exceeded our expectations as did the beautiful grounds and the friendly, capable security and maintenance staff. We saw many whales and even some dolphins from our deck and beside the pool, it doesn't get better than that. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the BBQ's cleaned from top to bottom every day. The unit was consistent with the VRBO description and details. It was great to be a 5 minute walk from the Mega store where we found everything we needed for meals and cocktails. There was always an Urbano bus waiting (almost at the front entrance) to take us 10 minutes in to San Jose for under 10 pesos each. We felt very safe whether walking on the beach, walking to town or riding the bus home in the evening. 5 of us took the larger bus in to Cabo San Lucas for $15 US. The owners were great to deal with, quickly responding to all of our questions leading up to our trip. There was no need to be in touch with them once we arrived, everything was ready and waiting for us.

I love Mexico!

This was my 6th trip Las Mananitas and cannot wait for my next visit. We rented unit 101 which has one of the very best views. It could use some updating but it was nice and very clean. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Highlight of the week was catching a 300 lbs Blue Marlin. What a rush..... I LOVE MEXICO.

My wife and I raised our kids in a suburb of Portland, Oregon. We love Portland, being situated just about two hours away from the mountain and the beach. We love the rainy Oregon Coast, but we also love to get out of the rain when we vacation. We knew Mexico was the perfect place for us the very first time we visited in 1985. We came as often as we could, and as our family grew we found Mexico to be the perfect place to be with our children. We love our second home so much that we spend every other Christmas at the condo. We also have my wife's parents with us during this time as they love it as much as my family does. We hope you'll enjoy all that San Jose has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose Mexico because we love the weather, the ocean and the people. We love to fish, and the Sea of Cortez is a great place for this as the ocean is very calm. The fact that it only takes ten minutes to get to the boat launch from our condo is an added bonus. It is a 25 minute drive to Cabo. San Jose has kept it's local charm and they have done a good job at keeping it quaint.

We enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful landscape, being within 30 steps to the beach, being within walking distance to our favorite restaurants, and the ability to have an in-room massage or chef come to the condo.
