For health and safety reasons, we do not stock items such as coffee filters or beach gear, as we’re unable to guarantee freshness or cleanliness between guests. We do, however, provide professionally laundered bed linens and bath towels for your comfort. That said, we are actively implementing your feedback regarding the balcony seating and wine glasses to elevate the guest experience. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the wear and tear you noticed. The missing chunk in the shades was due to the usage of the multi-point doors that have a handle. As for the upper deck, what you observed is actually natural wear and tear from the humidity, given our close proximity to the beach. We’ve addressed these issues to ensure a more comfortable stay for our future guests. We're also thrilled to hear that you found the new mattresses to be amazing. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay at Monel Cottage. Regarding the bikes, we understand your frustration and can confirm that all bikes at the property are provided in excellent condition. The two bikes you mentioned were unfortunately under a tarp as they were not part of the rental; we have taken steps to ensure future guests are fully informed of what is included. We also acknowledge that there was a delay in delivering the remaining bikes, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by that. As for the broken TVs and outdoor seating, we want to assure you that all of the TVs have since been replaced, and outdoor seating has been updated for a more comfortable experience. We also recognize the importance of prompt communication and appreciate your patience as we worked through the issues. In regard to the pool and beach, while we do not manage those areas, we understand how crowded they can be at times. There are several public beach access points along the Emerald Coast that we highly recommend, which may have been a better fit for your group. We always encourage guests to check with us for additional recommendations upon arrival. We did issue an invoice adjustment following your stay, which reflects our commitment to addressing concerns and offering a fair resolution.
