The condo is directly Gulf-front, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are certainly a showstopper, offering beautiful water views from inside. For a future visit, if an open-air balcony is a must-have, our Reservation Team would be happy to recommend another property that may be a better fit.

The photos accurately depict the unit. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice and access to the beach was easy. However, the description lists a fitness room/equipment. There is neither on the property. This needs to be removed from the description on the Vrbo site. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit.

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Edgewater West 44. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. Everything is brand new and immaculate. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the view is amazing. We really liked the large picture windows that you could open from the top and still hear the ocean waves crash like you would if you were on a balcony.

We loved our stay. The complex is smaller. There was some construction repair going on so some days were very noisy. The construction workers were so nice & polite. The weather was cool so we enjoyed the windows that were ocean front. We were able to see dolphins from our cozy condo.

Overall we loved the property but there were a few negatives. 1. Originally, when booking this condo, one of the positives was that it had a fitness facility. However, upon check-in we did not notice any facility and when I communicated with the host they informed me there is no fitness facility. That was a big bummer. 2. The heat element was protruding out of the toaster and it would burn the top part of the toast every time and it would stink of smoke. Definitely need a new one. 3. There was painting being done to the facility the entire time we were there. Not a huge deal. However, it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. The entire entrance to the pool area was blocked off except for a small tunnel. 4. When we opened the refrigerator, the "filter" was flashing. I'm assuming for the water filter to be changed. Even with all that being said, the view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and the entire condo was very clean. We would stay here again.

Just like the pictures!!!

It was clean, great location, elevator away from your car or the beach. Elevators are fast. The condo looked just like the pictures. Great family fun getaway. Will be staying again.

Good Times

The view was fantastic. Enjoyed watching the people on the beach. The furniture in the condo was very comfortable, and the condo itself was very well maintained. Would recommend this place to our friends, and we would book the condo again ourselves. The condo was close to lots of restaurants and shops. Loved it.

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They even provided toys for the kids to play in the sand with also had Disney plus account so it was great for the kids to watch. The check in and out was simple also. I can’t complain they covered everything.. Great condo to stay at!! Ohh and the view from the living room was awesome , you open the windows and the sounds of the ocean just echoed through the condo!! You will not be disappointed!!
