The Eleanor was fabulous! It was clean and with in walking distance to everything. It was modern and spacious. My family stayed in the penthouse and we had a view of the pool. 10/10

Perfect location

Exactly as pictured, clean and in a good location that makes walking to the Superdome or Bourbon Street very easy.

This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy the company of a large group of friends or family. All of the bedrooms are clean, perfect sized and the common area is great for game nights, family meals or just hanging out having great conversations. It is in a quieter part of town but just 2 blocks from Canal, turn right and you are 4 streets from Bourbon and all the fun! We also enjoyed the hot tub (In November) and the fact that it was just outside our door!

Amazing accommodations

Everything was clean, nice, and very well maintained. The location is about a 10 minute walk from bourbon st and many other attractions. There are tons of food options around the building which makes grabbing a bite to eat easy. I would highly recommend staying at this property again and PH1 was amazing for our group of 9.

The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location within the building. We especially loved being right off the rooftop pool area—it was such a cool feature, and the rooms were very comfortable.Unfortunately, our experience with the parking garage significantly affected our stay. The garage was extremely dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. During our stay, we encountered multiple people sleeping in the garage and digging through the trash. Most concerning, while walking to our car with our children, we witnessed a man urinating in the corner of the garage. We had teenage girls with us, and it was an incredibly uncomfortable and upsetting situation for our family.We also paid for parking in the garage as instructed, but our vehicle was still booted. The cost to have the boot removed was more than double what we had already paid for parking for the entire weekend, which was extremely frustrating.The condo itself was lovely, and I hate that the parking situation overshadowed what otherwise could have been a great stay. However, feeling safe and comfortable when coming and going—especially when traveling with children—is extremely important to our family. Because of our experience with the parking garage and the additional issue with our vehicle being booted, we unfortunately would not stay in this building again.

Great little Trip

We had a great time! We were within walking distance to just about everything. The French Quarter Festival was amazing. The unit was perfect. Everyone had their own space and we had direct access to the pool.

Comfort in the Big Easy

This unit is the perfect family spot in New Orleans. The unit is comfortably laid out for a large family. The convenient access to the rooftop pool was a real plus. The convenient access to the French Quarter and more made for an stress-free vacation! Thanks to Shane and his crew!

Yes!

The Eleanor was perfect for our family reunion. Our group included adults, pre-teens and small children. It was nice that each room had a King-sized bed. We also used sofa sleepers for the children. The unit was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Even if we hadn’t gone out into the city, it was like a fun getaway just to be at the Eleanor. The pool deck area was just outside the door and we enjoyed the hot tub and small pool. The Eleanor is located within easy walking distance to everything you might want to check out downtown, French Quarter, River Walk and the streetcar lines. Staying here made our trip! Would definitely recommend!
