Our property manager, Christina, is our local team member and she has lived in the area for the last decade. She loves sharing the fun and beautiful things to see and do in the area, and making sure guests have the perfect, authentic Colorado experience.

This home is walking distance to all the quirky and fun things to experience in the town of Nederland! Just 5-10 minutes walk to the grocery store, local restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, night life and more! Our favorite places in town are Eldora Ski Resort during winter season, Salto Coffee for the best coffee in town, Cross Cut Pizza for the best pizza in Colorado, the Carousel of Happiness for the kids to enjoy, and The Gem and Crystal shop right across the street from Cross Cut Pizza! So many fun things in a quaint little mountain town.
