Todd, thank you for taking the time to review our property, scoring us 5/5 stars in every category. It's unfortunate that you didn't allow us to come an get the TVs back online as it seems to have really impacted your stay. The carpets were cleaned last week, as you can imagine this is something we have to do with regularity. We've made a lot of improvements to the entire cabin, including new paint downstairs. It seems our painter could have been more careful but everything is fresh. Thanks for pointing out the around the clock service we provide to all our guests to ensure everyone has a 5* stay.
