We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Arrowhead. Super cute, nicely updated motel, with all of the amenities we needed. The grounds are nicely taken care of and you can sit on your front porch after a long day touring the Saugatuck area. Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck for dining and cocktails, which was a bonus. A short drive to Oval beach to watch the sun go down on Lake Michigan is must-do. And if you need to do laundry, it's minutes away from the room. We hope to visit this area again and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Location was perfect and the place wasvery clean! We had plenty of room for 2 and enjoyed our stay very much! Host was generous with the paper products/ soap, etc! The only negative was kitchen could have included a few more items, I.e. pitcher, colander, etc. We just heated food in themicrowave but it would have been difficult if we planned to “cook” anything. We would stay here again!

This is an ideal location to stay for the The Tulip Time Festival. The location in Sagautuck is convenient for access to the festival but far enough away from all the mass of people attending the event. The apt was very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for two people. A big plus was the town of Sagautuck. It's a beautiful charming small town, with a variety of things to do and the restaurants we ate at served delicious food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead 4. The rooms was clean and the area beautiful. Wonderful proximity to water and downtown. Disappointed there were no laundry facilities as advertised.

Convenient property to Saugatuck & walkable to town in fair weather. The property was clean enough, but the dirty looking grout throughout the bathroom was not my cup of tea. We had impossible difficulties with the door code upon entry, which was not due to entering before checkin, as warned in the arrival instructions. Luckily, the after hours agent answered the phone & got us a code that worked after trying several different ones, 30 minutes later. We'd stay there again for the price (given that's based on remtal season) & convenience .

Perfect location

Great location to walk to downtown. Nice and clean, kitchen well-equipped for cooking ‘at home’. We so enjoyed our stay in quaint Saugatuck. Perfect place for 2!

Great stay!

From booking, to arriving, exploring, and checking out everything was seamless! Location is absolutely perfect and the place is just adorable. I’m not sure how I was lucky enough to stumble upon it, but will definitely be back! I was traveling alone and felt safe and happy to be booked here. Thank you for accommodating me.

Floor was very dirty. Our socks turned a different color. Not sure the last time they were cleaned. AC unit was also very dusty and loud. It ran on and off and temperature was not very well regulated. Overall good stay.

I loved the property! It was nice, clean, modern and close to where we wanted to go. It was quiet. The only thing that was a bummer was it said we would have laundry- our text link listed laundry and even had laundry pods in the kitchen- but when asked was told the smaller unit doesn’t have it. I had planned to wash clothes before I left- wasn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience.

The space itself is nicely updated and clean. The only visible wear was peeling paint in the bathroom. I felt like some important items in the listing were inaccurate. Most importantly- there is no laundry even though the listing says there is. I wouldn’t have booked had I known that. There were other items specifically mentioned in the listing not present also. The only clothing storage was a small dresser. Some hooks or a hanging rod would go a long way. Our code didn’t work on arrival, and it took longer than you’d expect to sort out. Then the new code only worked once. I just let it go. We had an issue with the heat being on, but they came pretty quickly to help. The space was also smaller than it looks in photos. I had to tuck a pack n play in, and it left barely any living space to spread out. Then the only chair in the place was used to hold clothes I’d normally hang. This place really did not work for my kid and me. But it was clean and quiet and convenient to downtown. It just felt like some important things were overlooked or skipped, and the inaccuracies and other issues really soured my view of the experience. We will stay elsewhere next summer.

This appears to be essentially a converted 1950s era motel room w a nice kitchenette. I expected more for the premium price paid. Not even a closet to hang clothes. It’s a bit of a hike to downtown. Ok for exercise but it’s no stroll.

Great location, kitchen amenities & super comfy bed. They need to add a small wardrobe or folding butler bars. There is nowhere to hang any clothes. We had dress clothes for 2 dinner reservations & had to lay over the counter chairs.Not sure if the bath towels were new and not washed as they left residence all over your body & hair so after first time had to use our own beach towels.
