Will definitely look to stay in the future. Room for 2 cars. Appreciated the outdoor facilities. Beach cart/chairs/ supplies all provided. Clean home. Perfect walkable distance to beach. Many restaurants by the hotel. Great communication. Easy check in and check out.

Great place with many benefits. Multiple types of coffee makers and grinder. Multiple refrigerators. Lots of seating areas. EV charger is tricky so make sure to check in with host if you want to use it. Not a lot of grassy areas for dog walking but you can make it work.

Had an amazing vacation at this place. Big, very roomy, clean and lots of private places to escape. The upstairs MBR was very big and loved having the whole upstairs separate. Upper deck was so nice for relaxing and the jacuzzi added to the excitement. The down sides are lots of steps, 2 bedrooms and no pull out couch, the parking was a little difficult. The end result, I would definitely rent this again. Thanks

My cousins and I had a great family visit! Had a little bit of a tough time figuring out that the entrance to our unit was off of a little in between street, but other than that it was wonderful!

Really enjoyed this stay! I went for my birthday for a long weekend and got to bring the pups! They had a blast and the location is great. The house has everthing you could possibly need and it was quiet high was a plus. It's so close to the beach and I loved that it was an easy walk. My only desire is to have better parking/parking access but we made it work- however that would not deter me from booking this place again, I would absolutely stay here! Highly reccomend!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was as listed. It was awesome being able to cook so much, all cooking utensils pans/pots were provided. It made celebrating my granddaughters birthday easily customizable. We lost power in the beginning of the week. We reached out via Verbo platform for help getting some of the appliances back on. The response time was above expectations. Thank you. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the top floor door/locks didn’t work. The master bedroom door would not latch shut and the sliding glass door out to the rooftop deck did not lock. We had to be very careful the 3/4 year old never went upstairs alone because the jacuzzi was too easily accessible. It was a safety hazard we didn’t realize right away. The walk to the beach was amazingly short. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for the much needed calm relaxing family oriented space.

September Vacation

House was very nice! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the grill was perfect to make shish kabobs. We loved the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. House was as advertised. Host was very responsive with an answer to a question we had about the hot tub. Had a great stay!

A GREAT HOUSE

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed. It is a beautiful, high end home. Yes, there are three floors. The king size bed was very comfortable and the split bunk beds also had decent mattresses. The kitchen on the second floor is jam packed with everything you would need and then some. They do provide a beach carrier and beach chairs. I will definately stay there again.

Best Vacation Home in OC!

Perfect home to get some quality time away in OC! 2 story home located near beach that is far more secluded than we imagined. Getting a vaca home is always a little sketchy since you cannot know what you are getting until you get there. I was very pleasantly surprised! The owner certainly knows what guests would need and want and I give them a 10/10! Home was very clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival. The layout is anything but cookie cutter. Sleeps far more than you would think. Loved the accent colors throughout the home, vibrating option with a foot and head recline in the master bed. There was a dolly made for the beach in case you have a lot to lug on your short walk. Plastic cups and plates for the Hot Tub area that had a very nice awning above our heads. Just be careful with the hot tub as its hard to want to leave! The bathrooms were clearly done by a skilled individual. Tons of soaps, towels, refridgerators, quality wifi, easy to find and park, the list goes on. We are already looking for next available dates so we can go back! Thank you Vladimir! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property with a short walk to the beach! Plenty of stuff to do in the house for kids. House was clean and everything was in great shape. We loved the beach cart that was provided. The deck and the outdoor patio were big hits!
