This guest arrived at 1:30 pm prior to check in and final inspections by my housekeeping supervisor were not able to be done. They were no longer there and she is texting me that her mother cut her arm on the screen door. Mother is 90. I believe she fell into it. She wanted compensation! I told her she entered unauthrorized. She complained about every little thing. Had they not checked in early there would have been tissues placed in bathroom. There are directions in the book for the TV. No issues. We had a very heavy rain the day she was leaving. I can't prevent the porch from getting wet in a heavy rain. We do have a roof over the porch but in a heavy blowing rain it will still get wet. I would not rent to her again.

The people upstairs moved out and there is just a single person there now so noise should not be an issue.

Thank you for the feedback. We have made instructions for the floor heat and thermostats to assist future guests. We do strive to provide a 5 star condo!

Thank you for giving us our first review ! I am excited to be hosting this amazing condo. You are correct, you are on the golf course and just a short walk to ski slopes but feel like you are in the woods in Northern Michigan. We are happy to say that we have provided everything our guests need to have a great stay!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry this guest had an issue with the 2 steps near the front of the condo. We will take this into consideration however it has been this way for 20 years with no issues.

The people upstairs have moved out. There is just a single gentleman living there now so noise should not be an issue.

I am very sorry this guest did not have a 5 star stay. My goal is always to provide a 5 star stay. However some things are out of my control. I do not own or manage the place above me but I do know who lives there. I could have reached out to them and ask them to be mindful of people below them which is what I will do now. I am sure they did not realize they were being too noisy for the people below. As far as the pools, we purchase an annual pool pass for our guests to use. I do not have any control over them and it sounds like one of the hot tubs did not work. We offer 2 locations for indoor pools and hot tubs. All of this is listed in the guest book. I would understand a 3 star review if it actually had something to do with the actual condo. This condo is high end and renovated throughout. It has beautiful tile heated floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. You will not find this in a hotel room for $99 a night which is what this guest paid mid week.
