My party of four were very impressed with every aspect of Carp's Cabin.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and efficient which we appreciated since we brought our own food/beverages. The beds and linens are wonderful. We did have to drive about five miles to a gas station for corded wood for a bonfire. Star gazing was amazing. And Mazie(?) the cat was very friendly and totally adorable. We visited the area to hike Hocking Hills (amazing!!!) from SE Michigan

What a peaceful and absolutely beautiful cabin.

This cabin was everything my best friend and I were looking for. Peaceful, secluded and so comfortable. Decorated beautifully. A special added touch was the barn cat Masiy. She was by far the best addition to renting Carps Cabin. We loved that it was only 20-30mins from all the hot spots were planned to visit. Restaurant, Wineries and swimming with otters. We also got to meet the ower Jeff while out for walk. So personable and kind. We will definitely be back!

Carps Cabin was a wonderful place to spend our week in Hocking Hills!

From the moment we walked in, with a lovely scent and lovely music playing, Carps Cabin welcomed us to our weeklong stay. All our needs were met and the inside and outside of the cabin was seriously beautiful. Close to the Hocking Hills caves and activities, it was the perfect place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Privacy at it's finest.

No WIFI, the wildlife. A deer walked out the woods about 20 to 30 ft from the firepit and walked up to about 10 ft from us and watched us for about 5 minutes then walked back into the woods and watched us from there for another 10 to 15 minutes while eating. Maisey was a real treat since we have several kitties at home indoor and outdoor both. Our 2nd time here in 2 months and we will be back. We have been coming to Hocking Hills for over 20 years, 1st one we have stayed in twice.

Very peaceful here and great place to escape the world with no wifi! Highly recommended staying here

Me and my wife loved everything about this wonderful place! Very quiet and the sound of nature was amazing! Perfect get away for me and my wife for our honey moon to get away from our busy life with no wifi here was amazing so we could just concentrate on one another and grow from this adventure. I do recommend old man’s cave!!! Plus we had a bonus guest Maisy stay with us :) I got nothing bad to say about this cabin. Enjoy your stay here!

Very relaxing stay in a wonderful cabin!

I loved that the cabin was so well-appointed! I packed WAY too much because most cabin type places that we stayed have had the bare minimum of utensils/pans/etc that you need to cook, etc. and we LOVED Missy, the resident cat/hostess!

Disconnected in the best kind of way.

What didn't we like? This cabin is one of the best we have ever rented. we have been visiting Hocking Hills for 22 years 2 to 3 times a year. This cabin is in the top 2 and we have only stayed in the same one 1 time. We are so satisfied we have already booked it again and the day after we got home. Can't wait to go back. The peace and quiet is awesome, no Wi-Fi is even better.

It was AWESOME! Very relaxing and secluded. Loved our time off the grid.

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin! The decor is incredibly cozy, and the couch is so soft and comfortable—perfect for cuddling up to play games or watch movies. After a long day of climbing and exploring the mountains, relaxing in the hot tub was heaven. The fire pit was also a massive highlight for stargazing and roasting marshmallows. On top of that, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We have absolutely zero complaints and loved every minute of our stay.

Wonderful cabin and the Hot tub under the stars was great. The sounds of various birds throughout the day and no city noise just sound of nature was peaceful and relaxing.

This was, by far, the best getaway we've had in a long time and recommend it to everyone..

Carp's Cabin is a treasure. Aside from the location being a true gem, and the house and grounds being absolutely brethtaking, the hosts had anything that we might have needed for our stay provided for. They really care about their guests and put forth a true effort to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. We both fell in love with Maisy, their amazing kitty, who was a lover from the start. We're definitely coming back and are recommending Carp''s Cabin to everyone. Bill and Brandi
