Very nice place and right on the Big Thompson! Nicely furnished and classy decor. Bed was great and kitchen well equipped for grilling and meal prep. Busy traffic on street side was noisy at times but the positive was the Big Thompson River sounds on the back side.

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well stocked & close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside by the creek, watching wildlife, & grilling on back patio. We would definitely stay there again. Note: The parking is a little tight because the cabins are pretty close together. We had two vehicles but I don’t think anymore would have fit.

Wonderful home close to RMNP. Very relaxing by the river, especially after a long day of hiking. The home was very clean and inviting. Would stay here again!

Quiet little cabin

My family had a wonderful stay here. It was in a great location. The master bedroom is dreamy, as you can hear and see the river as you lay in bed.

Amazing cabin!

Estes Park Christmas Trip

Our family really enjoyed this cabin. The views are great near the creek. Place was very clean. Check-in and check-out were easy. Definitely stay there again.

Very Colorado Mountain Comfortable

The townhome was very well decorated and configured with top notch amenities. All 5 adults (2 couples and a single) over 55 felt very comfortable during our stay. We also found the location to be helpful with short-drive access to Estes Park downtown, restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay there again! 5-Stars :-)

Excellent Condo and location

We only stayed for 2 nights but I could have stayed much longer. It is so soothing hearing the river flow by. The awning helped with afternoon sun so we could enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable.

Gorgeous View - Very Comfortable

The property was very comfortable and clean. The view of the river is breath taking. Very close to downtown and easy access in and out of property. Property manager emailed and texted all information needed to check in and out.

Brief But Impressionable Stay

Stayed 2 nights in June 2025. Residence met all expectations (e.g., location, cleanliness, etc.) River behind the unit was running well due to snow melt off. Had no issues and no complaints. Would rent again and would recommend to others.

Amazing visit!

My husband and I stayed there for a week for a nearby wedding. It was so relaxing and the cabin was gorgeous and homey. My thoughts disappeared as I sat next to the river. We will definitely be back! We accidentally left the exterior light on one night as we have a habit of doing that at home and the neighbor did put in a complaint about that. So make sure you don’t do that!
