Beautiful Stay / Great Location

Perfect place for 2! Came down for a quick getaway and was very pleased. The condo is in an excellent location and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and one block to the beach. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful little condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New condo for us this year and we were not disappointed. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with many nice conveniences. The Braemar is always our summer vacation spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony is directly above the dumpsters. At times there was a strong odor of garbage. The air conditioner vent is also extremely loud out on the balcony. Most other units have the vents facing to the sides of the balcony but unit 507 the vent is directly in the middle.
