This is a perfect place for a getaway for 2 people! It is 5 minutes from town. Nice firepit area out back that overlooks woods and a hot tub as well. Brendan is a GREAT host! He was so responsive & patient to our dumb questions LOL. Just cannot recommend this place enough! Had a wonderful time celebrating my 60th birthday!

Arrival was smooth and check in was easy, details for this were communicated ahead of time. Upon arrival the room was very clean, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and there were petals on the bed to celebrate our anniversary, very romantic. The property was secluded and backyard string lights were great for ambiance. We were a little sadden to see that the hot tub would not turn on, upon examination it was not plugged in and took until morning to heat even with our arrival at 3:30. This was a little bit of a bummer as we had planned to use that night. Despite this we did enjoy the fireplace and watch a movie instead. The home is very close to the ascending yoga studio which I highly recommend for yoga and Pilates. It was also about 10 minutes from everything downtown which was convenient for dinner/breakfast plans. The only other bump in the road was that after arriving back from dinner we got locked out for 20-30minutes due to the keypad locking up (this also happened around 11:15 earlier that day, luckily my husband had the other door unlocked). The owner was able to be reached and we were able to get back in relatively quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a great anniversary weekend.

This place is amazing. In the perfect spot just close enough and just far enough away from everything. Well appointed could not ask for anything better.
