Dog-friendly 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath 1920s home on a quiet West End street, just minutes from Conemaugh Memorial, downtown Johnstown and a short drive to Pitt-Johnstown. Sleeps 6 (see sleeping note), with a pull-through driveway (no backing into the street), fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and a private yard.

SLEEPING (up to 6 guests)
- Bedroom 1: double bed
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bedroom 3: double bed
- Living room: comfortable couch for a 6th guest

SLEEPING NOTE: The 6th guest sleeps on the couch in the shared living room (a regular couch, not a pull-out sofa bed). It is not a private bedroom.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay. Sorry, no cats. Please keep dogs off beds and furniture and pick up after them in the yard.

Weekly and monthly discounts make this an easy home base for travel nurses, medical residents, contractors and families relocating to the area.

Guests have access to the whole house.

Other things to note
We have one exterior camera located on the garage pointing down the driveway. It does not monitor any indoor or private spaces.
