The place was great. Honestly the only issue we had was the bathroom door didn't latch. It didn't bother us much for our stay. Is definitely recommended a stay here.

The sheets had chips and dirt/pebbles inside, the shower wasn’t draining well, and the neighbor’s dogs were barking. We contacted the host letting him know we were leaving (only a few hours after arrival) due to the concerns, and his response was, “We are always looking to improve. Can you share two things that you really liked”. Then, upon our response, he indicated the cleaning manager takes pictures they checked and the shower wasn’t clogged. We have pictures and videos of everything. They definitely were not concerned about our experience despite us giving them an opportunity to make it right. We are adding pictures of the sheets, but unfortunately are unable to add videos of the shower (not draining well) and the loud barking in the bedroom.

The guest makes a same day reservation for one day, spends 6 hours in the place, leaves the place and then text that he left. His messages had extortion etc. He used the bed and shower etc.....Our cleaning manager took the pics of the shower, sheets etc and found that the guest was not speaking the truth. The shower is working fine. The following day, sends a message and wanted compensation. The guest does not even deserve a one star rating. I wish there was a scale lower than 1 star. He is definitely not welcome at any of our properties. We have shared the information with VRBO including pics, videos and messaging etc
