Great vacation

It was a great place to stay! It was in the middle of everything. Shopping and eating out was very close by. Great view of the pier! Only complaint was that it needed to be a little cleaner

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT! IT IS NOT "BRAND NEW" (per the listing). IT IS FILTHY! We have stayed in this bldg 2x/year for the past 6 years and this was BY FAR the worst. The condition of this condo was UNACCEPTABLE. It was much more than some bumps/dirt from renters-it was just DIRTY and had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Bunk room: lamp was broken and the piece that secures the bulb was hanging on by a thread. Top bunk was covered with sand and crumbs on top of the comforter meaning it had not been changed or looked at for that matter, and there was wrappers and trash in the floor at the head of the bed so the floors were obviously not cleaned. Queen room: there was trash left on the floor between the bed and the bedside table and the shower curtain in this bathroom had black mold and mildew where it had not been changed in quite a while. There was a black sticky spot on the floor in the middle of the hall. The furniture in the living room is DISGUSTING. the chairs are supposed to be cream and they are now brown, and the couch has stains all over it. the rug was also disgusting and was supposed to be cream/light gray and is now matted flat and dark brown. There was visible dirt on walls where they have been neglected. There was dried blood on the bedskirt in the master bedroom and dried snot/boogers on the wall. The pans in the kitchen were ruined with from being burnt, there were crumbs all over counter, and desserts left in the ice maker. DO NOT RENT!

Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! Teenage kids close to activities was a huge plus. Only thing I could recommend is more bath towels. We had 5 towels for 6 girls.

We were down during the air show and our balcony had a perfect view of the pier. It was very clean. Walking distance to Pier Park for lots of entertainment!!

Two Weeks

We’ve stayed in this bldg many times before we love the complex itself heated pool, hot tub, oversized balconies etc. the unit was great, next to Pier Park plus lots of shopping restaurants etc. had an issue with parking pass but owner took care of it immediately we would stay here again

The condo was wonderful very clean and nice great location!! I give it 4 stars because the beds where not good very uncomfortable very hard no comfort to them!!

The location is great being so close to Pier Park and having the ocean right across the street. The only negative take aways were the overall cleanliness of the condo, the walls appeared dirty, and the pull-out Sofa bed was to dirty to sleep on. We also received the wrong code to the pool and beach gate, thankfully the manager at the resort was able to give us the right code.

Last trip to PCB

This room is nice and clean. It needs a new mattress in the main bedroom. The balcony furniture could be better also. We had lots of issues with our stay at the property, but not the property owners fault. I won’t go into details, but I’ll say that we will not be staying in PCB anymore.

Good location, dirty condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location was great and the outdoor amenities such as the pool and hot tub were great. The actual condo itself had a lot of issues. The AC initially didn’t work and the main shower drain was clogged. We had to contact maintenance twice for those issues and the shower drain was never resolved. The ice machine was very slow and didn’t seem to work properly. The condo itself was quite dirty with the floor leaving our feet black on the first day. Additionally bedding had black hair on it. After drying towels, the black hair was also found on those and upon removing the lint collector, it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Calypso was great but this condo not so much.

Amazing, but...

First, the location and view are top notch. You can walk everywhere. Sunsets (when there's no fog) are spectacular, as well as the nightime view of the area. Dealing with the rental company was also a pleasant experience.The unit itself needs a lot of work, specially the cleanliness. The furniture's also worn and grimy. I didnt say anything about these because i booked a 7 week stay and had time to do deep cleaning - which i did. Overall, if im booking another long-term stay, then I'll pick this place. For shot term stays, I'd go for another unit.

The resort is nice and close to restaurants and shops, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean but the living room furniture looked dirty. The dishwasher stopped working twice and communication with property manager is very slow. I was giving a complimentary late check out til noon due to slow communication with the repairs needed (dishwasher, closet light bulb, and tv with no signal) only to be woken up by staff and property managers calling at 9am and continuously up until 11am that we weren't approved to stay despite having a record of messaging that says otherwise.They need to get on the same page. I would definitely stay at the Calypso Resort again but not this unit because of the dirty living room furniture and lack of communication with property management and not with Emerald Destination.

The bed covers in each bedroom was dirty, stained with spots and one had blood on it. No shelves in the bathroom shower to put soap on and no hooks to hang things on. Also the remotes in each room wasn't working properly. The ice maker stop working. There was miscommunication regarding the parking passes.

The location was just right, could walk or drive to many attractions and restaurants or just stay there and enjoy the wonderful pool and restaurant down stairs or hit the beach and ocean just across the street(great view from balcony). The condo was clean and had just enough space. The rental company got in touch to make sure everything was as expected but other than that they left us alone to enjoy our vacation. Altogether a very good experience.
