We loved our stay at Pye Manor. Colleen was a gracious host and the home was an ideal place to stay on our long weekend in Tomball. We would definitely return!

We loved staying here! It was clean, cozy, and a great location. The yard was perfect for our dogs. Everything was stocked, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay! Colleen was a great communicator. We would definitely stay again!

We came to town to watch a little football, and the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, the host greeted us the first evening, and the location was just right. If our team returns to town, we'd certainly consider staying here again, it's a nice place. Thanks for a nice stay.

A friend of mine and I had a weekend away. We wanted something close by so we chose this home since it was within an hour for both of us. The house was perfect for our needs. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was communicative and responded back within a reasonable amount of time.

Charming cottage in a perfect location. My little dog loved the yard. The hostess was very responsive but not intrusive. Great place to stay!

I am glad you enjoyed your time. Smoking was not allowed in this home... but you VAPED anyway. You had an outdoor porch to hang out on. Just be more respectful of someone's property in the future.. 5 years and nobody has done this at this property. My little house was so SAD

Perfect location

Colleen’s place is located in the heart of Tomball and has easy access to anywhere around the Houston area. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

The kitchen was very well equipped. The cottage was cozy and clean. We loved the vintage touches. The proximity to amenities was great. Colleen was responsive everytime there was communication. We would recommend this place to any couple.

Perfect Downtown Tomball Stay

Rented this for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway. Walkable to vibrant downtown Tomball. Perfect house with all comforts & amenities. Will come again! Great host!

Very well-considered remodeling of a quaint old home. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay, and more! I would recommend bringing drinking water if you plan on staying as the fridge has no water dispenser. Luckily there's a grocery store just down the street.

Charming and walkable

The cottage has charming decor and a well supplied kitchen. The back porch area is a great gathering space. The location of this cottage is great for walking to restaurants and shops. We also walked each day to the Depot Park with our dog. The Christmas tree and lights on the live oak trees at the park were beautiful! The cottage was a great place to stay for our first visit to Tomball.

We stayed at Colleen’s property in Tomball for an event at the community center, which is a block away. This is an ideal location for all things Tomball. It is next door to the police station, but we had a very quiet stay. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking and the house is mere blocks away from the weekend farmer’s market. The house itself is cozy with two bedrooms and a well stocked and functional kitchen. We were very comfortable sitting up in the living room chatting with family. The back porch is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and there is a small well fenced yard. The one caution is that the beds are on the smaller side (full size, I think) and genuinely antique. They are well suited to the decor and perfectly comfortable, but it’s a good thing to know and be prepared for if you’re a taller human, or need more ample space in a bed. Not a deterrent, just expect to be cozy with your bed companion! :) Will definitely book again when we visit the area.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay.. We now have a queen and a full. I am a huge fan of authentic decor...just had to get over myself. We have new couches now as well. Tonight is TOMBALL NIGHT..always something happening here.

The cottage was lovely! Super clean and comfy. Conveniently located near walkable shopping and restaurants. Colleen was wonderful and had the best suggestions for dinner.
