It was a fantastic experience staying at your beautiful cottage for a girls getaway weekend. There was coziness and charm throughout. The house was clean and comfortable. Bedding was nice and very comfortable. Kitchen seems well equipped, but it could use a Kuerig. We were on a girls trip and really enjoyed ourselves. We all wished that the porches would have been cleaned and the yard cleaned up. Inside was clean and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful at the Butterfly cottage. The property was very clean, plenty of room for all five of us and in a great location. We will definitely be back again. The house is located with an easy walk to town. The backyard was beautiful.

The house was great. Just as described. Driveway was crowed with three vehicles. The outside could use some cleanup on the yard. Bit overgrown in the driveway and front area. Beds were excellent. Could have used some plastic wrap and foil in the kitchen and a few more rolls of toilet paper. But great space for a gathering of 6 friends!

Great property, comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only concern was downstairs bathroom always had a damp "smell" and the exhaust fan didn't work well at all, in fact the steam from the shower when door was opened set off the smoke/fire detector several times as it is only about 3' for the bathroom door. VERY clean, kitchen well appointed with cooking implements but pull use a real set of wine glasses and some basics such as napkins, aluminum foil, wax paper and storage bags. I only say this as we have a home we rent out in Lake Placid NY and those are basics we always have for our tenants.That being said, we'd certainly book again for the 4 of us.

We were there for a girls getaway and the Butterfly Cottage was perfect! A beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the lake which took you to a trail that followed the lakeshore or you could take a scenic walk along the gorgeous town streets. Downtown was a 20 minute walk.The cottage was well equipped. The beds were comfy and there was lots of cupboard/drawer space and good bedside lighting, which is important for us readers!

The property is beautiful and in a great location about a kilometre walk from the downtown. House was clean and bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen is well equipped but could use some good coffee and some sugar There were ants on the counter so we kept our food in the fridge We had a great time
