Welcome to your perfect family getaway in York Beach, Maine! This beautifully updated home is ideally located just minutes from the area's most popular attractions, including York Harbor Beach, Cliff Walk, Wiggly Bridge, York Golf & Tennis Club, and the scenic York River. Just a short drive further, you'll find the iconic Long Sands Beach and charming downtown York, offering quaint shops, eateries, and more.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed with families in mind, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of coastal adventures. With a large, sun-filled living room, dining area, mudroom, and a 20'x15' three-season room, there’s ample space for everyone. The newly updated kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, ice maker, and toaster to ensure your mornings start off right. The home also boasts stylish finishes throughout, including fresh paint, hardwood floors, marble countertops, ship lap walls, and smart home features like Alexa, smart locks, and outdoor Ring cameras.

Our home is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all guests. The first floor includes a wide ramp from the driveway, making it easy for those with mobility challenges to enter. Plus, there’s a spacious first-floor bedroom and a full bathroom with a 32" x 32" walk-in shower for added convenience.

Everything was just as advertised and the whole family had an amazing time. Only recommendation is for grab bar in downstairs shower. We loved our stay and hope to come again soon!!

This home is beautiful! So much space to spread out and enjoy! It’s located close to everything…shops, food, beach and more! The owners were great regarding communication and the house was clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Perfect for our girls trip! Plenty of cutlery. The grill is in a bit of disrepair so grilling was a bit tricky. The towels were pretty worn and they didn’t supply washcloths…bring your own! Beds were clean and comfortable! Great location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Cape Cod. It was spacious for all of us. We used their back porch more than anything. It was just wonderful sitting out there.. would highly recommend!

The Amico York Beach home is a 5-star choice…we vacation in Maine every summer and this property ranks among the best…our family of 4 were very pleased with the quality of the home, location was ideal and neighborhood was quite and very nice…and communication with the owner was outstanding…without hesitation we would rent this property again and highly recommend it for your stay…

Lovely Home in a Great Area

We had a wonderful vacation in York. The house was super charming, clean, and spacious enough to entertain family and friends. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many amenities. Mike was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Maine.

Family vacation in York

We had a great week in Maine! The house was very clean and the hosts Mike & Stephanie were fantastic. Check in was easy and host provided a cell phone number so we could easily reach them. The house is a very short drive to all main attractions (York Harbour Beach, Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach, Fisherman’s Walk, Wiggly Bridge, Nubble Lighthouse, Mount Agamenticus). Very convenient. Ogonquit is about a 15 minute drive from the house if you prefer dining in a larger town. We recommend this property and would rent again!

Beautiful updated home…..

This home was exactly as described and better. We enjoyed the updated, clean and comfortable space. The back screened in porch was a relaxing hang out. (There are 2 comfortable chairs, you will want to bring a couple of lawn chairs to relax in if you have a few people in your party) The neighborhood is very quiet and provided a relaxing space and we were only 15 minutes from the beaches of York. The owners were very attentive to a few small asks and terrific to deal with. All in all you won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous Location

Mike & Stephanie are terrific hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and just like home away from home. The location of this beautiful home is perfect, only minutes to the quaint York Harbor Beach, Long Sands Beach and York Beach. Such a quintessential New England experience! The house itself overlooks the York River with a beautifully landscaped large yard. It was relaxing while the location offered many options for dining and shopping experiences. Liked the property a lot. Would give 5 stars if the amenities were set for a large group. Seven in our case. Four towels and no wash cloths weren’t ideal when we checked in on a Sunday night. This is an easy fix that I’m sure will be addressed. Great property and location and I would recommend to anyone.
