Metropolitan Loft 204
On the second floor of a completely rebuilt heritage building, this European-style apartment is the most central of all apartments in Red Deer. On the corner of 50th and 50th in the heart of the city it has easy access to social and recreational amenities. Many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and walking trails are within metres of this location. It's one block to the civic bus terminal, city hall park, and central in the business and historical district.
The apartment has a large kitchen and sitting area and is ideal if you want to entertain friends or just relax. Some of the local establishments are, Sunworks Living, 53 on Ross, Tacoloft, Chubby Jerk BBQ & Kitchen, The Velvet Olive, Oishidesu Ramen, are all within a block by foot.
The units in the Metropolitan Block are four of Red Deer's premium condos. The building is home to professionals and has refined furnishings. We cater only to professional people who treat the condos as they would their homes. These units are not basements suite in far away suburbs. They are not slum rentals. You will have your own living space with all of the comforts of home. You will pay more than other rentals because you will be staying in a upscale, well appointed suite with heated floors, granite counter tops, in condo facilities, large two-person showers, European-styling, original art works, and high quality memory form beds. They also feature 12 foot ceilings and skylights that create an extra usual sense of spaciousness in the common areas.
My partner and I have several businesses downtown, we are usually available to answer any questions, and help out with directions and recommendations as to where to go and what to do.

There is not any dedicated parking for this building, but street parking is plenty, and available right in front of the building. It is free from 4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. and all weekend. During the week it is limited to two hours and you have to use a pay station or the HotSpotMobile App. There is an 8 hour pay lot just behind the building and a 24 hour parkade within a block.
Our other available Lofts are listed as Metropolitan Loft 201, Metropolitan Loft 202, and Metropolitan Loft 203. All of these lofts are only accessible by stairs, long term stays are available.
Please note: we strongly consider previous reviews. If you haven't booked before we will be asking about the reason for your stay, your profession, and a few other questions before we accept you reservation. It's important that we feel comfortable with you before we invite you into our home. When requesting to book, if you have no prior reviews please provide us some information about yourself and your stay.
Prostitution or drug use is cause for immediate eviction and will not be tolerated. Our home is not a place to bring prostitutes, nor engage in prostitution, drug use or other illicit activities.. The entrance security camera captures people entering and exiting the building. Loitering in the stairwell by unregistered guests is not allowed. Should you see anyone in the building who appears as if they do not belong please contact us immediately. You're staying in a small community of professionals who appreciate the safety and security of the building.
Upon check-in we require verification of identity. Please have your passport or government issued ID available at check in.
