I believe this is my 3rd time staying at this delightful location for a business trip. Easy walking access to downtown St. Elmo but tucked away just enough to "get away." The furnishings are just as pictured -- immaculate. Shannan is a great host as well, making sure her guests have the best stay.

My stay was awsome the house is quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Neighbor hood was friendly and the host was excellent. It has everything you need. Will stay again for sure. This house was a 10 out of 10!

Probably one of the best-cleaned, easiest check-in and really nice places we stayed. Lots to do, whether going to Lookout games, the aquarium, Lookout Mountain, and more. The parking is really convenient and the coffee shop nearby is really good.Love the layout, amenities and everything was available (tv, WiFi, etc).Props to the communication of the host, WiFi was struggling, they responded asap, mind you I am a power user. I highly recommend this stay.

Highly recommend! Beautiful place to stay. The host was very nice and responsive throughout our stay. We were able to walk to several restaurants, the Incline Railway and coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean, without smelling of cleaning chemicals. Big shout out for that! Strong chemicals bother me. It literally has everything you could want in a rental, Keurig and Nespresso, pods, basic kitchen items like oil and sugar, snacks, air fryer, crockpot, steamer and iron...I could go on. I was there for work and had a lot of luggage. Tip, park out front to unload bags, otherwise it's a bit of a walk on gravel and steps. Plenty of good places to walk for food. Close to Publix, CVS. Walk to the incline railway, you can literally see it but can't hear it. I was alone but felt safe there. Neighbors are friendly and plenty of parking in the lot. Great communication, friendly host. I would absolutely stay again.

My daughter and I visited Chattanooga for rock climbing and some sightseeing this past week. We were so lucky to have found and stayed at 145 Basecamp. Everything was perfect. The place was incredibly clean and stylish. Lots of attention to detail. We loved that it was within walking distance to all that St. Elmo has to offer -- restaurants, grocery store and some bouldering. The grocery is right down the street and the drive to downtown was quick and easy too. Shannan was responsive to any questions I had within minutes. If we are ever in Chattanooga in the future, we will be sure to call 145 Basecamp home for a few days.

Great location with easy parking, and several places were walkable where you would have had to pay for parking (such as the Incline Railway) if not already nearby. Beautiful space, with lots of small touches to make you feel at home! Great communication from the host as well.

Shannon is a pleasure to deal with. She went over the top with the accommodations. Everything is top notch. So much so that I asked where she got the towels from and have already ordered me some. The place is decorated very nicely too. My lady friend was extremely impressed that I had picked such a nice place. If I'm ever staying in chattanooga again this is the place. Thanks again Shannon.

The townhouse was just as the pictures showed. Very clean decorated so cute and so comfortable! We loved the historical area it was in and close to all attractions! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. I chose this home based on its location. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It is new, modern, beautifully decorated and had lots of little extra touches that the host provided. The host was readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend the Incline Railroad, Clumpies Ice Cream, Goodman Coffee and the 1885 Grill all within walking distance of the home. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Chattanooga.

The home itself is absolutely spotless and beautiful. Host does a very great job of keeping communication clear. The homes layout allows seperation for relaxation but enough space to allow family activities. 5 star home and even better location.

Great Stay!

This townhome is very nice, quiet and clean. There are some great options for food and drink with a 5 minute walk and it is also convenient to downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommended.

Shannan is very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay! What a wonderful host. Location is great and walkable to amazing restaurants. The view of lookout mountain is great and watching the incline next store was an added bonus! The property is amazing and 10 starts would be more appropriate for this VRBO. Definitely will be back!

Perfect townhome in St. Elmo

I had such a good stay at this surprisingly spacious 3 floor townhome. All furnishings were very well kept and laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. I will seek to stay here again next time I'm visiting the Chattanooga area.

Perfect Stay

What a wonderful listing. The three story layout is nicely decorated and appointed just like the pictures, and it was clear from all communication with the owner that she values her guests and goes out of her way to make sure they have the best stay even down to the little details.
