Relax and unwind on your vacation in this serene setting in a quiet cove away from main boat traffic while listening to the serenading family of loons. A sandy beach and lake bottom with gradual downgrade is ideal for children and swimming. The spring fed lake is incredibly clear with particularly good bass fishing with little competition. This will truly be an unforgettable experience for everyone in the family.

The cottage is located on Swan Pond in Lyman, Maine. It has two bedrooms, sleeps 4, one queen bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large deck 8 feet from shore front with magnificent view of the lake, boat dock and boat launch available. Heated and air conditioned with a heat pump, gas stove and microwave for indoor cooking, propane BBQ for outdoor cooking and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Please keep in mind that we don't have WI-FI, but there is OTA television with local channels.

Located in southern Maine while only 1 ½ hours from Boston, 1 ½ hours to North Conway and the New Hampshire white mountains, 45 minutes to Maine's largest city of Portland, 15 minutes from the ocean and the lovely coastal town of Kennebunkport. Only 7 miles from Biddeford with award winning restaurants, Walmart, large food markets, fast food chains, gas stations, hardware stores, etc...
