The place was very nice and clean. The host provided little extras to make the stay great. I can’t sleep without my fan and there was one in each bedroom. We only had one issue come up which was our fault but the host responded very quickly to get it resolved for us. The water pressure in the bathrooms could be better but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! All photos on the listing very accurately reflect the space and amenities. The property was extremely clean, and beds were very comfortable!Thank you to the owners for a wonderful weekend visit - would absolutely look to stay again when back at Patoka Lake.

Our host was very nice. The property was clean and stocked well on essentials. Loved that it was dog friendly and had accomodations for our pups. The pull gate on the back porch was a nice touch. Great idea to use pristine white bedding and towels. The kids liked having the foosball table on our down time. The neighbor across the street was very friendly and inviting. We loved talking with him! We will choose this home again for our next trip to Patoka.

The house was very clean, comfortable, well-appointed and perfect for our visit. The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious as is the yard. Enjoyed our trip.

Nice home close to the lake

We stayed here to be close to the lake for a short boating vacation. The home is nice and clean and just as described in the listing. We were very happy with our decision to stay here and would stay again.

It was exactly how it was listed. Plenty of room, adequate kitchen suppies, comfortable, good towels, and good location. The front and back porches were especially nice, one had an pull screen to keep all the little kids inside.

Check in was a breeze, the home is beautiful and so clean! The home is well stocked with everything listed in the property details. The location is perfect and even the neighbors are friendly and fun! The back porch is a perfect spot to just sit, relax, and listen to the frogs at night. It’s so peaceful. Thank you!

The home was beautiful, clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed- including a dog bed and pet bowls. While the home is located in a rural location, French Lick / West Baden is just a 15 minute drive. We visited the West Baden Hotel and grounds and the Wilstem Safari in nearby Paoli, IN. We had a great time with our college-aged children and their boyfriend and girlfriend. Highly recommend!

Family Weekend at the Lake

This house was perfect for our daughters, sons-in-law, and grandkids. We rented a pontoon boat on Friday at Patoka Lake. They stayed at the house Friday and Saturday night, and it was exactly what they needed. The "kids" room was perfect for the six cousins. The house was clean and well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!

The hosts thought of every little detail to make our stay great. Beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds. It waa like sleeping on a cloud with the fluffy blankets and pillows. Home was extremely clean, kitchen has everything you could need in terms of cookware and dishes, nice shaded front yard and nice deck on back with a fire pit. I would definitely recommend this home. Neighborhood is very friendly. There were 9 in our group and we loved it.

Stay Summary

The house was very clean and met our space needs. In total there were 10 people plus one small dog that stayed there. The house is located very close to Patoka Lake. It is also fairly close to Holiday World, Marengo Cave, and French Lick/West Baden. If there were any questions about the house, the host was quick to respond. If we were to go back to that area again, we definitely would try to stay at this property.

Accommodations were very good. The rooms worked perfectly for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the foosball table. We were pleasantly surprised to have a good supply of laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper plus so many other items were provided. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to vacation.
