Everything was clean and new. We had no issues. The pool and hit tub were very nice. No issues. Placed it on our favorite list to rent again.

We had all kinds of issues with the cleanliness of the house. Multiple messages and no resolution. They just ignored the problems. Very disappointed with that.

We would definitely come back. Sunrise views were spectacular. Far enough off the beaten path but pretty close to all Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer.Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.Loved the pool and hot tub. Could have used a few more chairs but we made it work.Beds and baths were phenomenal. We could have used some covers for the pots and pans in the kitchen.We had some issues with electrical outlets not working but the problem was fixed right away.The registers and cold air returns were pretty dirty and AC was so loud it sounded like a jet plane taking off. The top of the fireplace/TV needs to be cleaned off too.

the kitchen floor was nast. ythe rugs in the bathrooms were curled up and a trip hazard. the dirty floors in the bedrooms. no dressers and only 1 closet in the whole place. it did not have the swing bed on the porch. or the table on the other porch. they did not have anyone to pick up the trash..We will not be going back. but you ask and I am telling the truth and they were silverfish bugs all downstairs. no no coffee spoons. really only ice cream bowls

This cabin is beautiful and is in an excellent location. All rooms were clean and stocked. I had a family of 10 and our stay was very comfortable the entire time. The pool and hot tub were very clean and a huge hit for us in the evening when we were ready to relax. The host was very responsive. 5 stars...thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay with our family at this house. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our kids to play both inside and outside. The downstairs arcade game, pool, and hot tub were big hits. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were cozy. The host was friendly and easy to reach. Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park were all easy to get to. Highly recommend for a family getaway - we can’t wait to come back!

Fun Stay!!!!!

This place was beautiful! It had everything you’d want, an inside pool, a hot tub on the deck, a swing lounge bed. We had a blast. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. It was decorated beautiful. Hope to visit again very soon!! Thank you Samuel for everything!

We arrived Feb 13 evening. My daughter was in from New York for a coaching job (her girls played in Knoxville). 1 hour after we arrived the lights on the cabin went out, blanketing us in darkness. I immediately contacted the owner. He asked me to check the breaker box, I did, nothing was blown. He asked me to text a pic of the breaker box to some random number - I did. He said he alerted maintenance. They didn't show up after a few hours I inquired if we knew about how long it usually takes to respond. We had an early morning the next day my daughter & I would have to get up, get ready for the tournament. I was informed they may not make it until the next day due to volume of calls. I said OK, please keep me updated. The next day getting ready was near impossible. We used our cell phones to read shampoo/conditioner to even be able to bathe. I drove to the tourney so my daughter could do her hair/make-up in the car. The rest of our family/party arrived for the later games. I asked them at that point if anyone had been by to address the issue yet - still no. I reach back out to the owner to keep him posted that prob had not been resolved. He told me he would keep me updated w/ any news. I went about my day watching vball then we went w/ all the team girls for some team bonding dinner/ice cream. Got back still not fixed. Owner stopped responding! I have messages of all this. This continued until SUNDAY might when we got ahold of maintenance ourselves. Would NOT stay here!!!!!!

Not given the property I reserved!!!!!!

I’ll start by saying this is the house I reserved, but was given a totally different property. When I contacted the host, he didn’t acknowledge what I told him.He talked about the furniture being different. I responded to reiterate what I stated prior, and he never responded. The house I reserved was supposed to have 4 bathrooms, but the one I was put in did not. So the person on the second floor had to go into someone else’s bedroom to use the bathroom. Also it stated the pool is heated. I was highly disappointed when we went to get in and it was cold. I immediately sent another message and called. No answer so I left a voicemail. I requested a call to fix this. I still have yet to receive any type of communication. And also while driving, I passed the house that I reserved and it was occupied by someone else. I feel I was take. Advantage of. This could have been avoided by giving me what I paid for. But lack of communication from the host made it worse.
