Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home was very clean and comfortable and the backyard was fenced in for our dogs. Which we loved. We were here for my daughter’s graduation from Purdue and I’m so glad I found this listing. If you’re ever in this area and need a place to stay, you won’t go wrong with this home.

Property was well appointed and very tidy and user-friendly. There were some issues that should’ve been remedied in advance, such as flatware and glassware, and some updating on the decking outback, but the location was great and easy to communicate with a property management.

Thanks for the feedback. Glad to hear the property was tidy, user-friendly, and in a convenient location — and that communication went smoothly. We’re sorry we missed the mark on flatware and glassware; we’ve restocked and completed an inventory check so future guests won’t encounter the same issue. We’ve also scheduled an inspection and necessary repairs/maintenance for the back deck. If these had been reported during your stay we would have addressed them right away. We appreciate you letting us know and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

That is why we did provide a partial refund. Since then we’ve worked with the provider to restore and stabilize service. Nice place in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family and the Christmas presents. The kitchen could use more supplies ( there were only 3 forks) and a coat rack for the winter coats would also be nice. But the house was cozy, clean, in a great location and perfect for our family trip!

The pictures were not at all what the property was like. The exterior was unappealing, weeds overgrown, trees and bushes not trimmed, grass very high, etc. Exterior lights not working, it was a dangerous safety hazard. The deck had small step-down areas that you could not notice, people almost tripped and fell. The cleanliness was very under par. There was a foul smell throughout the house, we had to buy and burn candles during the entire stay. Hair on the floor of the rest rooms. The kitchen stove and backsplash was greasy; we did not use it. We had to clean out the refrigerator before we stocked it. We did not use the outside grill, and the firepit was not safe to use. The fireplace inside did not work, and the heat was turned off. The dryer vent was so full of lint, we had to clean it out before we used it, another fire safety hazard. We, as a family, made the best of it and had a good time with each other.

While we’re glad your family enjoyed time together, the conditions you describe are concerning and don’t reflect the standard we aim to provide. None of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, so we didn’t have the opportunity to investigate or address them while you were there. We take cleanliness and safety seriously, and we’ll review these concerns with our cleaning and maintenance team
