I had a great time. The place was very clean and just as described. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks for a great time.

The house was clean and comfortable. It had good amenities. It was in a great location for our needs. However, there were numerous roaches in the kitchen and gnats in the house.

To all who may see this review and may be a put off, there could be some mix up and confusion of properties here, as the property indeed does NOT have "lots of roaches, and gnats" and has been constantly treated routinely for yrs. It is a very clean, great and well presented property.

Great location for our trip and access to San Antonio and New Braufels. Only issues were: outdated creamer for coffee and parking. Street parking was a no-go so to other vehicles parked in front of the home. Garage parking was a no-go due to full size SUV and the steep ramp to enter garage. Other than that, the home was great.

We were a party of 3 adults and stayed for 4 nights. The house is clean and very nice. Getting to the garage was easy and plenty of room for a car. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The theater room is super cute. The beds are comfortable. It was great! The location is also perfect and easy to get to all major attractions. Would stay again!

Home was beautiful, very clean, nice neighborhood, and close to everything in San Antonio. This house is great for families. There is a brand new well kept park directly behind the house that you can walk to in seconds. The home even has a movie room in it which we enjoyed very much. The home is very well kept and has everything you can think of. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended. It was better than described of the website. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Convenient location

This home is super clean, and with plenty of space. Conveniently located near the main road grocery and restaurants. Supplies are well stocked. The movie theatre has a beautiful sound system. Would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

We stayed here on our trip to San Antonio and chose this location because it was right between Sea World and Schlitterbahn, about 25-30 minutes to each park. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They had all of the amenities required, even children’s cups and plates. The owner replied promptly to any questions we had and was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed.

This property was interesting to say the least. The rear of the property flows into a public park (50 feet approx.). Citizens were playing basketball after 1am and it was extremely loud. The garage is up a steep hill and is not suitable for large vehicles. The street the home is on isn’t well kept, and due to inoperable vehicles near the property front door there is only one parking spot available.Our first full day there we noticed there were no paper towels and no suitable cookware that wasn’t damaged. There were several light fixtures with insufficient lighting, a rip in a chair, damage blinds, and odd outlet setups. However, the property manager sent over more cookware later that evening. The same day someone attempted to enter the property. According to the property manager it could have possibly been an interested party. It was very uncomfortable and my guests were on guard the rest of the evening. Lastly we didn’t use the downstairs bathroom until our second day there. Unbeknownst to us, the sink drain was occluded. The property owner seemed ready to address what was needed overall. However, I’m never a fan of inconveniences during a vacation as it costs you valuable time that you can never get back.

Very cute house in nice location between Schlitterbahn and Six Flags. We enjoyed our stay using the full kitchen to prep meals. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. AC stopped working during our stay and the owner had HVAC company come fix the problem same day. Great communication with host! We enjoyed the nice movie room and the nice sound system. Garage code access made getting in and out convenient. Washer, dryer came in very useful. Overall nice stay!
