We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely time. Dana had a map of the area and provided us with great information on SF. During our whole stay, Dana was accessible via text and checked in with us to make sure we were having a good time. The room has amazing views of Twin Peaks and Noe Valley. Great location for public transit and restaurants.

A lovely couple excited to visit San Francisco. When asked about what was their favorite thing that they did, they said their visit to Muir Woods to see the Redwoods as part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area It is the out-of-town excursions I always reccomend across the Golden Gate Bridge for a more nature experience from The City urban life. I would be very happy to host them again on another visit to San Francisco.

Enjoyed having this gentleman stay in my rooftop sunroom. A fellow musician in town with a national touring musical show. Would certainly enjoy having him return.

Fantastic place to land in San Francisco. Stellar wrap around views of the city. Dana is a very thoughtful host and that really makes a difference. Organized arrival and check in. I felt welcomed and oriented to the neighborhood. He had great communication throughout the stay. Excellent value, seems like Dana has chosen to make his place affordable for travelers. I highly recommend staying here I was here over 3 weeks and wish I could stay longer.

This young man was here for a month and I couldn't ask for a better guest. Was quiet and very respectful of the property and others living in this 2 condo building. I would be happy to have him return to San Francisco anytime.

Dana was kind and welcoming and accommodating and this top-floor room is so sweet and charming. Do be warned that it is a long and narrow staircase up, so it would be tough if you struggle with stairs or balance, but otherwise, enjoy the workout and stunning view!!

A lovely young couple in town with a touring national musical tour, he a featured actor in a Big Broadway Musical, and the wife in theatrical production. We were able to see him perform at a fundraiser! Just delighted having them stay with me in my rooftop sunroom. They even celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary while staying here. Would love to have then return to San Francisco anytime in the future.

This apartment is a hidden gem.I found it through a recommendation, and I can say I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful place in San Francisco.The apartment is bright and welcoming, and the view is absolutely incredible.Plus, the host is friendly and helpful.My flight was significantly delayed. The host waited up for me until 5 a.m.—I can’t believe how lucky I was to experience such hospitality.Anyone who books here is sure to be delighted.

A really lovely women from Switzerland, one of the few international guest I have had this year. Very bright, smart, and she appreciated what I have to offer my guests. It was fun to get to know her and share all the wonderful things about San Francisco. Would love to have her return or visit here in Switzerland.

Just delightful in every way. Dana was a devoted and generous host and the studio was restful, quiet, and very beautiful--just what we needed for our very busy days. We stayed 2 weeks and it went very fast, full of happy and memorable experiences. We look forward to returning!
Our grandson joined us for lunch one day and we all cooked together.
Dolores Park down the street is a stunner

Dana was a wonderful host, very knowledgeable about the area with great recommendations for food, coffee, and nearby hikes. He was very flexible and understanding of our schedule and so sweet and attentive. We would gladly stay there again in the future! His sunroom had everything we needed for our stay and it was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and cute cafes. And the view from the room was amazing every morning and evening!

The rooftop sunroom is a real gem. We enjoyed the view every minute we were staying there. Access to public transportation was very convenient and we found parking close by when we had a rental car. The neighborhood is delightful.

Excellent property. I stayed here for a couple months while in town for a work project. Great location and view. Dana the host is very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend as a short term rental.

This lovely young man stayed in my rooftop sunroom for over three months, doing an internship at a big tech company. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. I enjoyed having him as a guest and would certainly rent to him again.

The place was stunning -- waking up to the view of the city each morning, whether it be sunny or foggy, was an experience I never forget. Dana is lovely, gave me great tips and even helped with my bags on the steep back staircase. I loved my time here, and would come back anytime.

Enjoyed having Daniel as a guest, a young man just finishing a Ph.D. He was here from the East to take a job in the Bay Area. Very polite, courteous, and quiet. He kept his room nice. I'm happy that he enjoyed his stay in my rooftop sunroom. I would be happy to have him as a guest, again. All the best to Daniel in his new job.

Dana was a great host! Nice location (walkable to many restaurants / Whole Foods) plus close to many transportation options. Room was cozy, view as great as advertised.

Nice host, nice location

Dana is a very thoughtful host and an excellent communicator. The apartment is in a quieter part of town with plenty of restaurants and easy access to transit. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town!

Marta was a perfect guest, my 2nd one from Canada, one right after the other. Marta said that it was easy getting around San Francisco on public transportation, something few San Francisco residents would agree with but is so much better than when I was living in Los Angeles. i enjoy having young people stay in my home and Marta would be more than welcome to stay here again in the future.

Host was wonderful! He greeted us and gave us a thorough summary of the place and the neighborhood! Location is great! We did not have a car, but parking seems reasonable. Views are beautiful… But he warned that there are some narrow steps that can make large bags a bit of a pain to get up and down. We packed light and did not have any issues, but the stairs are certainly worth the accommodations and the view!

Here to visit a niece that lived just down the street. Lovely couple very nice and very receptive to my orientation and suggestions. Theylready knew a bit about the neighborhood and one of my favorite coffee cafes within walking distance. The wife will be returning later this month and I will look forward to seeing her again. I certainly would like to have them as guests in the future. I usually carry my guests' bags up the staircase since I know the staircase as well as when they depart. Unfortunately, they had a very early flight home and I wasn't able to help them out. Next time I will make sure I do so.

Another Amazing Summer in Noe!!!

This is my second stay, and, once again, I loved it!! I stayed here for ~10 weeks for an internship, and this apartment is in the perfect spot to explore the city and easily commute to work using public transit. If I wasn't graduating next year, I know I'd be back to stay again next summer : )

Relax in San Francisco with a Private View

Perfect location for a single or couple. Private, comfortable, and a fantastic view of San Francisco from a rooftop apt in the Noe Valley District. Easy access to the downtown and North Sides of the city. And wonderful friendly hosts that attend to all needs. I stayed three weeks and loved it.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here The view is spectacular, both during the day, and at night, when you get to see all the lights of the city below you. Dana was exceptional helpful, giving us numerous tips about the neighborhood, and public transportation. The studio space is very clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed Noe Valley, which is a thriving and charming neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Always fun to have people respond to my rooftop sunroom like this. Their son lives in San Francisco but he had to work most of the time they were here, but that didn't stop them from having a great time. Thanks for the wonderful Review.
