This property was better than a 5-star!!! It was immaculately clean, decorated so beautifully, in a great location, communication was excellent, we really had the absolute perfect experience. Would absolutely recommend and would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was well stocked with plenty of thoughtful household essentials, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything was well organized, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

The house was wonderful! The host was just communicative enough, but not overbearing. My daughter got to enjoy free time lounging and playing pool after graduating BMT. 10/10 would stay again!!

The property was perfect for our family of 5 (4 adults 1 child). 10 minute drive from our destination Sea World, awesome! 20 minute drive from the airport, great too. James was communicative during our entire stay even though we didn’t need anything from him. Will book again. A few minor cons - the remote for the tv in the living some controls didn’t work and the bathroom shower head is clogged and should be replaced.

Overall, our stay was just okay. Things we enjoyed included the game room, the clean sheets/bedding, the clean kitchen, and the snacks and bottled water left for us by the host. There were shops and fast food nearby, so that was handy, too. The main thing we did not enjoy was the area. The neighborhood is rough. A house two doors down had knee high grass in the yard that hasn’t been mowed for a very long time. There was trash and litter in the front yard of the property, and the front of the house looks unkempt. The street in front of the house is busy with traffic, and I was awoken each night to the sounds of cars racing by the house. If we are in the San Antonio area again, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

This is a family friendly house with everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return this property. The property is clean and well kept with comfortable beds and plenty of room. My family had a great time in the game room. James is an incredible host and very responsive to any questions.

My family enjoyed staying at James’ place. The host was extremely communicative and the house was well stocked. We were traveling with our toddlers and they loved the play room. The house was clean and close proximity to sea world, HEB and Walmart. Highly recommend this place.

This home was perfect for our vacay and conveniently close to Sea World!! Our host was perfect with all the specifics. His home was clean and had all the things we needed in the kitchen and all the rooms were equipped for all of our electronics. Definitely recommend.

Stay was great! We were a family of 6 (5 adults 1 child) and were very comfortable. The thoughtfulness that the host put into the house was top notch! Very clean and welcoming. Would definitely return! Game room was a hit!

We loved the house. Family friendly environment. Very clean house. The host, James, was a great communicator. No issues. No checkoult chores. Would definitely stay again. The driveway fits 4 cars. The street where house located is busy but had no issues getting out of drive way. The rooms, beds, and over all experience was great.

We booked this VRBO to attend our son’s BMT graduation from the Air Force. It was a very easy 15 minute drive to Lackland Air Force Base. The pictures are a very accurate description of the property. I have never stayed in a VRBO that has been as fully stocked as this one! We didn't have to worry about bringing anything extra such as soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc. etc. the cushions for us to use at the BMT graduation were a huge bonus! Our kids absolutely loved the game room and spent a lot of time hanging out in there. When we arrived at the home, there was a notice from the city hanging on the door, saying that they would be turning off our water due to some heavy construction in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this did happen and we were without water for an entire day/night. While this was very frustrating and a huge inconvenience with seven of us staying in the house, James, the host, was in communication with us all day and although the situation was entirely out of his control, he was very empathetic and even refunded us one of our nights. Thankfully, the water was turned on by the next day. Aside from some marks on the walls due to the house being older, everything was very clean. There was a strong air freshener smell when we walked in, but I was able to locate some plug-ins and unplugged them for our stay. The patio outback was so lovely. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again!

Booked the home as it was close to Lackland AFB for our son’s graduation. The location was in the middle of everything we needed access to (airport, Walmart, malls, restaurants, fast food, etc.). Communication with the host was immediate. Had no issues and would stay here again.
