This place was perfect for our little beach weekend getaway family trip. We have older kids and younger kids and the setup for this place allowed our older ones to have space to themselves with the split sleeping quarters. The pool was amazingly refreshing on a hot summer day and has a sun shade that kept us all cool and sunburn free. The location is very close to all activities, restaurants, and the beach.

The split sleeping quarters really do shine with a mix of ages, so it's great to hear your older kids enjoyed having their own space to spread out. That pool is a favorite for good reason, and on a hot summer day, the sun shade makes all the difference. We love knowing it kept everyone cool, comfortable, and sunburn-free. The top house and pool very clean. We had one issue with the bottom room the ventilation is not good. Everything was stocked with towels and all.

Bring your own cooking pan and tools for bbq. Don't forget to clean bbq when done. It is a charcoal grill. There's a good shopping store for food but its expensive bring your own coffee and creamer. Leaving on Sunday is rough all over town. Get your gas to drive home on Saturday night! The golf cars are trying to fill up before they get returned. It's crazy trying to get out on Sunday. We waited over an hour to get on the ferry. Its an hour the other way too. Bring food and drink for the wait Netflix and pee before you go. You're welcome have fun. We will be back again.

The main house is okay. Has 2 firm queen beds. Down stairs with exterior entrance only has a king and small kitchenette. This room was uninhabitable. The smell of mildew and mold everywhere including the bed sheets. I took pictures and ended get refunded 25% of my stay. Was a big inconvenience for our group not to have the master. Also the pool is very deep all the way across. As soon as you step off steps it’s almost 5ft deep.

The outdoor space makes this awesome!Nicely decked with a larger pool than expected. The downstairs bedroom is where we choose to stay as it had a really comfy king size bed. This property had ZERO bugs. Super clean. No outdoor grill as listed, but that’s ok. We really loved the pool and loved it was a pet friendly place too. Close to restaurants and close to the beach.

Fun in the Sun

It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Location was great and accommodations were nice. Pool was dirty upon arrival and was a little hard to keep clean from dirt on bottom of floor. Some mildew found around shower in upstairs unit. Also ac or blower was a little hard to control. Besides that everyone had a great time. Thank you
