Private Oasis with heated pool only 5 minute walk to the beach

This custom built home is situated on a canal where you can enjoy crabbing, fishing, or kayaking. A brick paved walkway leads you from the heated pool to the dock or relaxing fire pit. The pool has an in floor cleaning system installed and also features a built in table, bench seat, and umbrella holder. Inside the 2 car garage you will find a beach wagon, chairs, and boogie boards for a fun filled day at the beach, located only a few blocks away. This home offers 2 bars located inside and poolside. The open concept chef’s kitchen and spacious living room allows for everyone in your group to gather while enjoying the 65" curved TV with Bose surround sound. For your comfort the couches include 6 recliners and additional seating for all. There is a half bath on the ground level that is handicapped accessible. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen bed and doors that lead out to the pool. Both the living room and master bedroom feature electric fireplaces. The master has a tv and dvd player. The bathroom features dual shower heads and dual sinks with a Jacuzzi tub. The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen. They both have tvs and memory foam mattresses for added comfort. Enjoy the views from the private covered balcony with seating off the queen bedroom. In addition there are 2 lofts upstairs. The office loft is equipped with a queen Murphy memory foam bed, a half bathroom, and a porch with views of the pool and canal. The other loft has a pitched ceiling from 8' to 3' that has 2 twin beds along with a tv and Playstation 2. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer.
The beach closest to this home is a "No drive on beach."
This home is the perfect vacation oasis to enjoy all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer, including some of the best fishing, boating, dining and entertainment on the coast. New Smyrna Beach is a safe and fun vacation destination that you and your family will love so much you will want to return!
