Tigran was an extremely communicative host and answered any questions we had very promptly. This property was exactly what we needed for our friends and two dogs. Good restaurants in walking distance. No issues with any neighbors. Would stay again.

Property was clean, and host was very responsive. It is a short easy walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. The beach and ocean were not visible from the deck. The couch was quite worn and uncomfortable. Overall was an excellent stay.

The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. We had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to replace the couch. It seems it has reached the end of its life.

Very large place for a big group. Could use a few more place settings. Parking was available but hard to see the markings for the spots. Not on the beach at all. No real view from the balcony. Lots of food and things to do near the place.

Great stay!

The place was very spacious for the 8 of us guests staying. It was very close to the beach as well as many food/shopping stores nearby. Will stay here again in the future.

Great stay!

The condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach and within a short drive of any location in Ocean City. The property is clean and spacious. The check in and check out processes were seamless with good communication from the host. I would stay here again!

Clean and Spacious

My family of 10 stayed here for a long needed weekend at the beach. The location was great, it was within walking distance from a lot of great things, it’s on the second floor but it had an elevator that made carrying things upstairs. The rooms were spacious and clean. We all fit very comfortably and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Any infested property

Don’t stay here. After checkin we came back a couple hours later to find lots of ants in and around my pets food bowl that we placed on the floor in the master bedroom. We didn’t want to stay in this environment because who knows what else we would have found.Host wast not responsive at all other than he would check out the place and we never heard anything back

Very Disappointed

There was not enough silverware we endedup buying plastic ones. No vacuum. No dishwasher. Not enough plates. Bedroom next to elevator very noisy. Couch cushions kept sinking every time you sit on them.
