Very clean, furnishings were comfortable. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location - within walking distance of shops, hotel, boardwalk and beach. Our host was quick to respond with all communications.

Great location. We parked and was able to walk to the boardwalk, grocery store, sub shop and bars:restaurants. Clean beach and easy check in .

The place was clean and well taken care of. We had no problem getting in touch with the owner whenever we needed them and will be going back in the future.

I highly recommend booking this place; the home was beautiful, clean, quiet, perfect location, a great place overall. Parking was super easy with open spots on both sides of the street. You have quick access to shops, the boardwalk, the beach, the Stone Pony, and so much more. There are scooters around town that you can rent if you don’t want to walk/drive. Lots of places to choose for food/groceries. The host is quick to respond and very kind. I’m really hoping to be able to stay here again in the future. I seriously highly recommend this host & their home!

I traveled in the fall, when booking at the beach is scarce. While the property itself was absolutely lovely, clean, tidy and organized, the check in process was upsetting.I was traveling from up north during a week day and really needed an early check in to allow myself to work. Initially they said they couldn’t guarantee it just in case someone else booked (which I understand). 2 days before my check in I asked again to which they replied the same, and to ask the morning of. I needed to arrange my travel plans and couldn’t wait until the morning of. They agreed to let me know the day before —- finally, the day before I asked again, they said they would only accommodate a 2:00 check in; anything earlier they wanted to charge for it.For a jersey shore rental in the summer time peak season, I can understand… but for late October? All this back and forth REALLY was not necessary.… like this entire situation of arriving early was so complex and I have not experienced that in prior rentals.Again, the property is nice and clean and they have everything you need. But if you need any flexibility during your stay, this won’t be the place..

The property is lovely and well-maintained. It was a little further from the beach than I realized but listed accurately. Plenty of parking which was nice!

Asbury Weekend

The unit’s location and cleanliness could not be beat. We had a wonderful weekend in Asbury Park, and the Stone ponyand this rental added to it. We would definitely rent here again.

Communication with host was excellent. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was the A/C unit in the bedroom was very noisy, caused some issues sleeping well.

A great place that feels very open and airy. Cute and just what you need. A nice walk or short drive to the shore. A great little getaway.

Wonderful house with everything provided

Our group of friends rented this house for the weekend, and our experience could not have been better. The host was very accommodating, and allowed us to change the check in time to suit our needs. The house was clean and spacious. Everything was provided, including beach tags, towels, chairs, linens, toiletries, a coffee bar, and more. It made our stay very easy and pleasant.

Great communication with the host!

Really nice one bedroom, just under 1 mile walk to beach. Nicely furnished, coffee station and extra toiletries should you forget. Very attentive with messages for unexpected things. Very simple house rules upon check out. Friendly neighbors and easy access to free street parking. The host also accommodated our early check in request which was greatly appreciated!
