Attico di lusso Pointe Santo Gulf Front Penthouse Unit E-46 con terrazza sul tetto!

Goditi la bellissima isola di Sanibel da questo condominio attico di lusso molto speciale che offre favolose viste sulla spiaggia, una terrazza privata sul tetto e tutti i comfort di casa. Godetevi la nostra cucina splendidamente arredata che è stata ristrutturata lo scorso autunno e i nostri interni che sono stati recentemente aggiornati e subiranno ulteriori aggiornamenti nell'estate del 2013. La doccia e la vasca sono state rinnovate tre anni fa.
Tutti i noleggi vanno da sabato a sabato e nessun noleggio è inferiore a 1 settimana.

Sanibel è un'isola tropicale lussureggiante adiacente a Ft. Myers sulla costa occidentale della Florida. Dal momento in cui attraversi il ponte sull'isola, ti senti come se fossi in un paradiso tropicale lontano. Viaggiare in quest'isola è comodo da qualsiasi parte degli Stati Uniti.
Sanibel è tra Pine Island Sound e il Golfo del Messico. Le spiagge sono famose nel mondo per i bombardamenti. Due terzi dell'isola sono permanentemente designati come riserva naturale protetta.

Ponte Santo de Sanibel è il paradiso delle vacanze più incantevole di Sanibel! I giardini sono ben curati e mantenuti immacolati. Questo attico è a tua disposizione per goderti una favolosa vacanza con vista panoramica sul Golfo del Messico, albe e tramonti (nei mesi invernali). The condo was so beautiful and the location was ideal! This was our first trip to Sanibel and I am so happy we chose to stay at Renee's home. Renee did everything she could to help us when we had an issue and resolved it quickly! You will not be disappointed staying in Unit E46!

Excellent location, just steps to the beach. This unit is very well appointed and equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Rooftop deck was awesome. Watched the sunset nightly. Beds are comfy and supportive. Renee is very responsive. This unit is exactly as it is described. Close to good restaurants.

Renee's condo was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Beds were comfortable. My family overall enjoyed their stay.

Perfect Vacation!!

This condo was not only spotless, it was simply beautiful. We sure did need an escape and this property relaxed us & refreshed us. We will be back!!!

“Another great vacation on Sanibel Island in a beautiful condo!”

The condo was outstanding; beautifully decorated with every accommodation you would ever need. Beautiful beach front view and centrally located on Sanibel Island. The owner, Renee checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would return, as well as recommend to friends and family.

Great stay at Pointe Santo!

Very nice condo unit. Clean and tastefully decorated. Owner responsive to request for adding grilling utensils- had them shipped from Amazon the next day! Excellent view of the ocean and the grounds at Pointe Santo were beautiful as usual.

The condo looks better in person than it does in pictures. Renee was great to deal with and answered e-mails very promptly as well as checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.

The photos do not do this condo justice. Everything was pristine and the views were incredible. Renee was very attentive and checked in frequently. We will definitely be returning to E46 the next time we visit Sanibel.

Exceptional location

We really loved the ocean views and close beach access from this condo. The condo was roomy, comfortable and quiet. The staff at Pointe Santo was friendly and made sure the pool and beach area amenities were neat and orderly. Renee was great about keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well.

Another great stay!

This is the third time we've had the opportunity to stay in E46, and each time is more enjoyable than the last. The renovations look great and the new appliances are a very nice upgrade. We always stay here because the owner is so pleasant and great to work with, and the condo is just beautiful. The location is the best on the island in our opinion. Our family had as good a time relaxing in the condo as we did walking on the beach, just steps away. We look forward to our next stay! I can't recommend this condo highly enough!

Amazing!

The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked. It is right on the beach, not set back like many condos are. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The best charactistic of the condo is the rooftop deck. Great for having cocktails and watching the sun set. We'd definitely rent this property again.
