Everything was awesome! We had all we needed for a short stay. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen well-appointed. We would def stay again!

The property is located in a quiet townhouse community, conveniently situated near a small shopping center that includes a Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, and a Mexican restaurant. Traffic on the main road can fluctuate depending on the time of day, and the immediate area is relatively quiet. However, it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to reach Gulf Breeze or downtown Pensacola.The townhouse features a lovely minimalist style and was very well-maintained. The property is well-stocked, and the host generously provides all necessary towels, though we brought our own. I rated the cleanliness four stars because the walls were slightly marked in a few areas and one bathroom towel was stained. These are minor details, however, that the host can easily address. On a positive note, the host was incredibly attentive and responded promptly to all inquiries.Additionally, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean—even more so than a hotel—and the beds and pillows were highly comfortable. A washer and dryer are available on-site for laundry, though guests will need to supply their own detergent. The kitchen is also fully equipped, although we opted not to cook during our stay.Aside from a few minor details, this was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this property for future travelers.

Very clean relaxing adventure!

This place was so nice easy access to many different attractions. Easy to drive to the beach, or spend the day at the Zoo! The townhouse was so nice and clean, as it is brand new. I managed to fix a complete Thanksgiving meal for my family. Plenty of space to eat play games and relax. Our dog even enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood.Best stay I have ever had in a VRBO.

Family vacation

We rented this property over the 4th of July holiday for a week. The property was great; very clean and check in/check out was very smooth. We had seven people in our group (2 teens & 5 adults) and the setup worked well for us. Location was convenient to Navarre & Pensacola beach locations and two fantastic golf courses in Gulf Breeze (Tiger Point & Hidden Creek). Navarre beach has excellent fireworks for a 18 minute show, but plan for a lot of traffic. Highly recommend this location for a beach stay if you are willing to drive a short distance to the beach.

Family trip to Pensacola

This place was amazing. Lisha made us feel welcome and made check in/out process a breeze. The four of us and our dog had plenty of room. The condo was extremely clean from top to bottom. The beds were comfortable and the each room had a fan, which is needed by some for sleep. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals and had plenty of room to hang out while cooking. The neighborhood is safe and I felt comfortable going for a run. The condo is centrally located to visit Pensacola or Ft. Walton area. I definitely recommend this place.
