The place was quiet, nice, and had the perfect amenities for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again. Make sure you check out the video on directions to cabin, especially if you come in after dark.

We loved our long weekend at the cabin! It was extremely clean, very cozy and had beautiful Mountain View’s from the porch! We would stay here again on our next trip!

Vern & Hana were great hosts. I'm fairly certain they have thought of every scenario and prepared for it. The cabin was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with things you'd need before you can get to the store. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Newer construction with two full bathrooms! We VRBO exclusively for our yearly summer vacation and this house is now at the top of our list. It's a great location almost exactly half way between Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Cades Cove, so you never feel like you have a big drive ahead of you to start or end a day. The rental process was easy and Vern stays connected if you have any questions or concerns. The view from the deck made the mornings and evenings very peaceful, not to mention the competitive games of corn hole to close out the night - memories for a lifetime.

The cabin was nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need in a kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and loved the hot tub. It was a great place to stay.

We loved our stay! The cabin was extremely clean. There were clear and understandable directions throughout the cabin. We were a very short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend. Unbelievable views with fabulous amenities.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. We had my husband and two daughters (ages 17 & 23) in our group. The cabin has fabulous views, very relaxing and lots of things to do on rainy days as well. I was impressed how well it was stocked (pots, pans, cooking utensils) but I also appreciated that we didn’t have to go buy dry goods (salt, pepper and coffee) like some places that we have stayed, what a great perk. Vern and Hana have thought of everything and great to work with. They answered all our questions and provided things we hadn’t even thought about. Driving video for the initial approach to the cabin to help in case gps leads anyone astray. Also a great link for road trip music to get us in the Smoky Mountain mood! They are truly thoughtful and generous, we look forward to coming back!Thanks for everything,Tonya

Exactly what we were looking for in the SmokiesStayed here and would book again without hesitation. The wrap-around deck is the star — the patio furniture is comfortable enough that we ended up spending most of our downtime out there, coffee in the morning and the hot tub at night. It’s genuinely quiet out in Wears Valley; you hear the woods and not much else.The loft game room got more use than expected. Pool table plus the mountain views made for easy evenings when we didn’t feel like driving anywhere.Location is hard to beat. You’re close enough to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and dinner, close enough to Gatlinburg when you want it, and only a few miles from the park entrance — but far enough off the main drag that you’re not sitting in parkway traffic every night.One heads-up for future guests: the access road is gravel. It was no issue at all in my Bronco, but I was glad I hadn’t brought the Tesla. Nothing extreme, just know what you’re driving in on.Great cabin, well stocked, and the peace and quiet is the real amenity here.

The cabin was spotless. I expected there to be bugs since we were out in the woods, but I didn't even see a spider. Our first night at the cabin, we saw a mama black bear and her two baby cubs playing right off of the balcony...it was an amazing experience! For a family of four, it was cozy without being cramped and there was a nice variety of things to do while we relaxed in the evenings: pool, darts, cornhole (bags game), jumbo jenga, and of course, the hot tub. The views were absolutely stunning and while there were neighbors in the vicinity, the cabin felt very secluded. For someone who isn't used to the woods, it was comforting to know that we weren't totally isolated but had privacy. Vern and Hana were excellent hosts and very attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!

Summer Get Away

What a great cabin! It was the perfect place for us to take our grandchild for her summer visit! She loved being able to explore, loved the activities at the cabin and we loved how easy it was to get every where we wanted to go from this location. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, the property was well cared for, clean beautiful! We would not only recommend the property but we would stay there again!!!

We absolutely loved this private cabin with spectacular mountain views. We loved how everything inside the cabin was labeled and easy to find. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The hot tub was fantastic. We were happy to see extra bedding/pillows if needed. The hosts had great communication and shared many useful resources ahead of time via Messages on Vrbo. Loved the website with details for our stay! We would definitely book this property again!

The cabin is cute and perfect for two people. The games inside and out provide lots of entertainment for down time. We enjoyed the partial mountain views and had a gorgeous sunset one night while we were there. We had everything we needed to make dinners. There were plenty of towels, we did bring our own for the hot tub. Overall, we loved this cabin and would stay again!!

This is a perfect cabin that affords a family of 4 a great opportunity to experience the mountains while still being close to tourist attractions in town. The views are beautiful, the cabin was well stocked with essentials including coffee maker, plates, bowls , spoons, slow cooker ,water filter jug , toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher , laundry , fast internet etc. The office space is a plus for the remote worker and the hot tub was clean (unlike many others). I love this place and hope to return soon. The host even left us some popcorn , coffee, hot chocolate and some washer pods to start us off! The property is clean, the a/c system has zoned air conditioning and a fire place with plenty of fans. Thanks for a great time.

Such a cute cabin!

My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we wanted! It was far enough outside of town to feel secluded but also close enough to do all the fun things pigeon forge and gatlinburg have to offer! Definitely would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle! 😊
