This is an amazing place for a large group. Very open layout and tons of seating in the main living areas and lots of sleeping arrangement options. Short walk to downtown. The communication from the host was outstanding. The hot tub had a power issue but only for a couple of hours… We were thrilled when we came back from dinner and everything was running smoothly. This place totally exceeded our expectations.

The house was very convenient to Main Street and roomy for our family. It had a great kitchen and den! However, the king bed on first level was so squeaky we could hardly sleep. Please upgrade your beds!! The backyard was overgrown which was disappointing since I had hoped our grandchildren could play there.

Location is excellent and the cabin is overall very spacious and clean, able to comfortably fit a large group. Host was accommodating and kind. There is a shuttle at the end of the driveway that takes you straight into town or the gondola. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Excellent location for quick shuttle to mountains/downtown

Great for a large group of people, well equipped kitchen and shuttle that picks you up at end of driveway that comes every 30 minutes.

The house was perfect for our family get=away.

The beds are oh so comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy being together or apart. And, the snowboarding was fantastic!

Great stay

Great house for hosting big groups. Lots of beds, big family room and functional kitchen. Hot tub is a nice touch. Shuttle to gondola right outside for easy access to and from the mountain.

Perfect ski getaway

This was a great property for a long ski weekend with friends! Perfect location for a quick drive to the mountain and downtown. The house is exactly as described with great accommodations for groups. Lots of open living space to hang out after a day on the mountain.

Property is in amazing location, property management is very responsive. The house was not cleaned well before we arrived but overall enjoyed our experience here.

Breckinridge trip

Great location. Perfect size for multi-generational family. Home could use a little updating. Kids loved the hot tub. Seeing the moose and her baby go by was an extra memory.

Great Location and tons of room

Three generations of family and friends gathered for the Frisco Tri. This place was perfect for us. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and also feeling like you are really in the mountains. The house is a little dated, but the price reflects that. If you want a Luxurious mansion, this is not it (there is one across the street). But if you want tons of space, a nice hot tub, great location, a bus stop right outside, this place is perfect.

Tons of space for a multi-generational family get-together, including a big table we could all eat together at. Short, easy walk to downtown (free bus also stops right out front). Access to hiking trails in neighborhood. We enjoyed the billiards and ping pong tables, as well as the hot tub. We wish there had been more pots and pans without a nonstick coating as well as non-plastic kitchen utensils.

Family Wedding Party

We stayed 4 nights total and it was a pleasure. Communication with property personnel was great, check in and out was easy, overall experience was great. Stay on the 2nd floor and let everybody congregate and hang out, or escape to the first floor for a game of pool or ping pong. It’s everything we could have asked for our wedding week.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok, location was great, the house is old and it needs to be renovated, the only good place in the house is the kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot tub jets didn't work and the dishwasher didn't work. unit was older and not in great shape.
