Non si vede l'acqua dal cottage (non ha finestre sul lato lago) ma è solo una breve passeggiata per l'acqua. Tassa di pulizia $ 85 / notte $ 85 tasse 8%

Il parcheggio è abbastanza grande da ospitare 2 barche e 2 veicoli.

Clarks Hill / Strom Thurmond Lake, è un lago di 70.000 acri con circa 1.200 miglia di costa e offre pesca, attività ricreative ed eventi speciali per tutta la famiglia. Keep looking

The place was not too clean, the fire place did not heat up the place to quick. I could have heated water faster on the stove the get it out of the faucets. No chairs. The couch had to be covered before sitting on it. The owner were nice and did come to take care of the TV problem. The bed needs to be replaced and all the beding. It is a good thing we are country folks. We handled it. The place was cute but needs a lot of work and cleaning. Oh yes the dock is all rotted. Be careful.

RE: the dock - so sorry - you went to the wrong one - the neighbor's dock is a old wooden dock on the left .. ours is the new aluminum one and it for sure is in excellent conditon. As mentioned before - the cottage had been fully cleaned and sanitized - and all linens were freshly wased - we had gone in the day before to get something out and aparently leaving some minor foot prints when doing so.

give mor location near where we were

The propety had bad widows covering did not fill safe and when you walk to go fishing an long and bumpy way no seats in the back yard hardly any pots to cook with.

A nice little spot

We needed somewhere close to my family at the last minute and we found this gem. It’s perfect for two people and a dog, if needed. It has a nice boat dock and plenty of parking for a couple vehicles and a boat trailer. Communication with owner was great and we didn’t have any complaints.

Just Me

I was in town for a tournament, so it was just me staying at the house, but it was very peaceful. The homeowners were very easy to talk to you and answered all my questions, and sent me any info I needed. They made the stay easy and worth it

Super cute spot!

Loved the home, such detail inside! Disappointed with the cleanliness. But the owner was awesome in communicating with us. Also would recommend some instructions for the place like lights, appliances, tv remotes, etc. Overall we had a great time, the fishing was one of the best!

Great stay

Had a quiet time. It was peaceful and enjoyed the dock. The walk to the lake was a little far, considering it was up a slight hill hauling fishing gear back up. Nice and relaxing

Nice get away.

Had a great time. Short walk to the water. Brand new dock put in the 2nd day we stayed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if traveling to the area.

The water was low but u can expect that with the corp but very very relaxing

My wife n I stayed last yr n had fun. We stayed this yr n met mrs Christine n me drew very very nice people. We plan on staying there again n again! Very enjoyable good fishing 2!!!!! 😁🤗🐟

Nice place

Cabin was very clean, didn't like futon bed not comfortable .Wanted to fish but water was very low, wasn't told until after paying. Doesn't have a cabin feel or a lakeview, have to go around cabin and main house to see lake.Wasn't what we were looking for.

Hello Dana: I am so sorry that the cabin was not what you had in mind : ( And I hope you still were able to enjoy your stay :) As mentioned, we do have another house with dock in the same cove that is always on deep water and you were welcome to use that. For other travelers reading reviews - if the water level is important to you - please contact me ahead of time and I will let you know a website where you can check up to date levels. Again - we do have a dock within walking distance door that is available to use.

Very peaceful!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon there may 22nd-28th 2016 and it was so peaceful. The neighbors were very nice and told us where the good fishing spots were. But overall we were very pleased and will stay there again!

Nice Cottage perfect for fishing Tournaments out of Wildwood or just enjoying the lake.

Needs full set of pots and pans not enough for cooking things like spaghetti without being a little creative. power was not working at boat dock so had to take boat out of water everyday to charge batteries did not bring enough cords to do 400 to 500 ft. It is well located and a very nice place to stay. Futons were as comfortable as you could ask for. Great place to stay. I hope I can get the chance to come back and stay again for a longer stay.

cottage get away

We had a great time. Nice cottage. Futons were comfortable. Could have used a few more cooking utensils in kitchen. Otherwise kitchen area very nice. Great lake access and dock area. The only problem we had was insufficient space to maneuver will with truck pulling boat trailer to turn around at cottage parking. Otherwise will definitely be interested in coming again!

Life is Better at the Lake

We enjoyed every minute of our time we stayed with the cottage. It was the perfect protection we needed for our National Disc Golf Tournament at IPDGA. The Lake made all the difference between the heat, humidity and sweaty armpits! The owners were incredible with everything!! Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Beautiful Location

We stayed at this cabin in March 2014. The location is wonderful and the access to the lake is perfect. We played disc golf at the IDGC about 10 minutes away. We could not be more impressed with place. We will be coming back for sure.

Drew and I have a busy schedule so when we have some time for ourselves, we love the peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle. The lake house is a place where you can get back in touch with nature, recharge the batteries. Drew is a great angler and I LOVE watching him reel in the big catch. Our kids love to go tubing and jet skiing. It's a place where the entire family gets together to have fun and enjoy each other's company.

Close to great fishing spots... and boat ramps.. It's only 15 minutes from Evans for convenient shopping.
