La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto da 50 "montato sulla parete per il divertimento dopo il tramonto. Camera da letto di riserva con 2 letti matrimoniali e bagno completo. As I said before, the unit was not completely cleaned. The master bath room had a lot of sand on the floor upon arrival as well as a bar of soap in the shower. That was unacceptable. Also, the keyless entry did not work until 4:15. This was quite stressful. Otherwise, it needs some updating and I will not stay here again.

Hello, we are so very sorry that your recent stay with us was not up to expectations. As a VRBO Premier Host, we totally agree that any issues with cleanleness should never happen. Unfortunately this is the first we have been informed about this , had we have known, we would have gladly had the unit thoroughly cleansed again for you when you arrived. This has been addressed with our cleaning company who has a 5 star rating in the Orange Beach community. Per the pre-arrival checkin instructions that were sent to you. The checkin time is 4:00pm CST and if you try to enter your front door code prior to this time the lock will go into protection mode for 30 minutes. This information was plainly stated in our welcome message to you and the front door electronic log does show access was attempted a few minutes before the 4:00 pm set time. We welcome any feedback from our guest concerning our amenities or furnishings. Our unit is inspected in the offseason for any signs of wear or changes in decor trends that need to be made. As a Premier host we value everyone’s feedback and hope that we can sometime in the future have your back as a guest with a better experience. Our goal is to constantly evolve and change our unit with the suggestions and latest trends in the beach community. On VRBO we have a 9/10 rating and we strive to maintain this . If you would like to stay with us again in the future we would gladly offer you a discounted rate for your disappointment. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of assistance. Thank you .

Great condo!

Everything about this condo was great! We loved that it’s tucked in a corner away from the elevators. Very quietly and clean! Super easy access to the beach and great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Fantastic Condo

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean with comfy beds and plenty of living space. The balcony is large with amazing views of the inlet and Gulf. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend this location!

Great Location

Very nice location. Beautiful views. Watched Perdido beach fireworks from our balcony. I have never been so close to such an awesome fireworks display. It was amazing! Beach access and amenities were great. Condo had everything we needed for an effortless beach vacation.

Kids firat time to the beach

We had a great stay here. Mike was great to communicate with and made sure we had all we needed when we arrived. It was a great view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. The kids loved it here. We will be back.

Mike was great host and was very accommodating along with being very responsive in communication. My family and I had a wonderful stay and this condo was such a great location right on the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Perfect for Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the location was perfect. Very clean, very well decorated, very comfortable. Mike, the property manager, was super responsive and always helpful.

Beach gals trip

We arrived and the condo and location were perfect. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit for coffee before the beach days. The communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and very kind. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, master bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. We decided to extend our stay a couple of days and the owner was very helpful and accommodating during that process. We will definitely plan to stay here during our next beach visit.

Unit it seems to be outdated a little overpriced for amenities to be broken (indoor pool under renovation) Lots of construction going on workers had elevators blocked at times and they wouldn’t move unless asked, Wi-Fi kept going in and out front desk stated it’s been doing that since the construction. I stated at a previous property for a week before checking in to this one, it was way nicer and the same price as 4 nights at this property that was a fraction of the size and it had way more amenities.

We are very sorry that your experience at our Phoenix East unit was less than expected. I do want to point out that the work that just started on the indoor pool was not due to a breakdown but yet a constant effort by the complex to upgrade our amenities . As for the work on the outside of the complex , this had to be started immediately due to a recent weather event that caused exterior damage. Contact has been made to our complex maintenance directors to address the opportunities you had experienced with the construction workers and elevators as well as internet service. I do know that the Phoenix East Complex constantly strives to have the best complex amenities and with that comes construction as which there is no good time for it to take place unfortunately. Our hope is that you will visit us again and enjoy all the improvements the Phoenix East complex is making and we most definitely would offer you a special rate for your inconvenience. As a Premier Host on VRBO we want to make sure that all of our guest enjoy a competitive price and the finest amenities for their vacations as evident in 90% of our past reviews. Thank You
