The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Property was clean and well kept as pictured. Staff was friendly and responsive with communication regarding our needs or concerns throughout our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend this property and the team at Avant!

Great Stay, kids had lots of fun. Loved the game room in the garage. A big hit.

Such a nice home in every way! And if you have early teens, it was perfect and close to the Village. But the home itself had everything you needed and comfortable beds and kitchen supplies and towels. Loved the back deck and spa too! A great laundry rom too! The garage was great for kids--especially boys with all the things to do and bikes to ride. No complaints and we can't wait to go back! (And for us, we brought our dogs and the home was fun for them too!) PS--every time I texted to ask our Host a question, it was quickly answered. Couldn't ask for more--best vacation ever!

Best vacation ever is exactly what we love to hear! It sounds like the home truly had something for everyone, from the garage full of activities and bikes for the kids to the back deck and spa for the grown-ups. We are so glad the beds, kitchen, and even the laundry room made things easy, and that your dogs had a blast too! It also means a lot that every question you texted was answered quickly. Great house with plenty of room!

Went to sunriver for a golf outing with 4 couples. Great house with plenty of room. Comfortable and close to courses and the village.

Awesome, awesome location. House had everything and then some (except helmets, but it was easy enough to procure one at the nearby rental places). Excellent communication.We really enjoyed the house, would stay here again, and recommend.

Fun getaway

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The only negative was the washing machine was broken and not fixed or replaced during our stay.

Perfect family getaway place

We had a blast family get-together at this property. It had all we needed for family of 10 including super comfortable beds, big enough screen in every bedrooms and living room, clean bathrooms with great water pressure, like new appliances (refrigerator with built in ice maker and hot water dispenser was my favorite), and great garage game room with various amenities (our kids favorite) . The location was walking distance from the SARC (BTW 10 SARC passes were provided) and close to the village which was a great plus. This was personally my 6th trip to Bend renting vacation homes and this place was the best thus far. I would love to return to this place for my future trip to the Bend.

Perfect Stay for a Birthday family vacation

We were very impressed with the lay out of this home. Two master suites, one upstairs one downstairs. Home was extremely clean and nicely decorated. All appliances needed except a Keurig. We brought our own. Location is within blocks of pool, so at times you can hear the squeals from pool if relaxing on deck. Air conditioning works extremely well… in fact some of our guests were too cool. Internet was slower than normal. Avanstay was so amazing and we’re checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!!
