Lakefront w/ golf simulator, outdoor sauna, & hot tub

David's review is a bit misleading. I would not rent to them again. First, the sauna door was broken in a storm the previous week. I custom ordered a replacement but it did not arrive until after the guest departed. The sauna still worked properly but there was not a door. David's wife, Hope, complained to get a discount and said it wouldn't get up to temperature however when I asked if she actually tried it she said she didn't. I own the house next door which has a sauna so I gave her access so she could actually use the sauna (which she didn't). Next they complained that the golf simulator did not work. When I asked if they followed the instructions they reported that they did not so I encouraged them to call Full Swing and speak with a live agent to walk them through the steps. The agent then emailed me stating that everything was working however David & Hope said that it was not (again trying to get a discount). Lastly, they reported the tv was broken the day after their arrival. It had a big hole in it as if someone's shoulder ran into it when bringing in their luggage. My cleaning team and the prior guest said it was not broken when they departed. So I charged David & Hope for the tv and after they called and complained I said it wasn't worth it (just don't come back) and removed the charge. They even broken the chlorine dispenser in the hot tub. Some people are just a dark cloud and have a terrible time everywhere they go.
