I will definitely book again. Great community. Activities 8 minutes away at The Board walk. Plenty extra parking in parking deck. The 2 hrs boat ride for activity was great. Easy assest across the street to the beach on the complimenary go-cart. Plenty of space for my family of 14 people.Great place to book

We stayed here two years in a row and want to book it again this coming fall break for our family. It is perfect right on the canal great swimming clean house. The host is very easy to work with a lot of amenities inside the house for the whole family and kids Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and big enough to accommodate our family of 12 without feeling like we were on top of each other.

Fantastic location, Kept our pontoon boat out back. Right on the Harbor.

The house is in a perfect location. Walk right out to your boat and pool Walk across the the gulf. The best of all worlds. Clean, Super nice. Warren Beach Rentals team was impressive.

Property was very clean on the inside. The pictures were a little misleading. The outside needs a considerable amount of maintenance. The boat slip showed a roof in the pictures, no roof was there. The outside trim on the house was rotten in places. Many spots needs paint. The pool decking was cracked and uneven in places. It was all outside that was a little misleading. The inside of the house was very clean, and accurate. I feel the price was a little high for the condition of the house overall.

Perfect location and amenities

We searched high and low for a place that would have something for the entire family, and this place had it. Prime location on the canal for fishing, nice pool and hot tub, and close beach access. The interior was nicely furnished and suited us quite well. We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the quick communication from Warren Beach Rentals.

Great Spot!!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities. The beach was just across the street. The golf cart made it super easy. The pool in the back yard allowed us to have plenty of privacy. We brought our own boat, so having the canal allowed for easy access to the Destin Harbor, Crab Island, the bay area as well as the gulf!! We had an awesome experience with our friends and family!!

Maintenance

The property was great location. Beach across the street canal in the back and the pool made a great place to stay. On the down side this property needs a lot of upkeep maintenance. A kitchen cabinet hanging on by one hinge. The down stairs door knob fell off and was unable to close the door. Another door needed new hinges. House needs some maintenance for sure and maybe some newer kitchen accessories that everything you cook doesn’t get stuck to them . . Other then that we enjoyed this location and it was very accommodating and our family had a great time
