It's an amazing property with a really great view. Great location for doing all things in PCB. It's in a clean nice neighborhood and it was quiet even though it is super close to PCB attractions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and we also enjoyed the grill out back. The pool was also amazing and allowed for a relaxing vacation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we opened the door we knew we had found the perfect place for our family! The spacious 3 floor layout gives you areas to be together as a group, but then privacy when you wanted it. The elevator made it a breeze getting luggage and groceries where they needed to go! We cooked several meals and had no problem locating all we needed to prepare and cook with. The kitchen was open with dining room and living room and became our favorite place to eat and play games! The view was beautiful over the lagoon and pool! So many amenities were available to use! The house was very clean and well cared for! Every bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. We can’t wait to return!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at this home. The home was great and the rental company always helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the pool. The only suggestion I have is trimming the little seeds from the back palm trees they hurt to walk on. Otherwise a lovely stay, thank you!

Our family had a blast! This place is the perfect getaway. We have a big family, and we didn't feel squished at all. The rooms are huge, super clean, and really welcoming. They had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen has tons of counter space, and the open layout is awesome for hanging out together. The real MVP, though, is the elevator. It makes getting between floors a breeze, especially after a long day at the beach. Both balconies have gorgeous views of the bay, perfect for sipping some tea or a glass of wine. We loved having our own private pool. It's really well-maintained, with plenty of spots to sunbathe or just enjoy breakfast overlooking the bay. The dock area is also great if you're into fishing.There is ample parking available, even for multiple vehicles. The beach is easily accessible on foot, even for families with young children. Additionally, there are numerous dining and shopping options within a comfortable walking distance, should you wish to take a leisurely stroll. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent vacation rental! About a 5 minute walk to the public access point to the beach, house is beautiful, and kids had a ton of fun catching blue crabs off the dock.

House was clean and ready for our arrival. Balcony views over the lagoon were wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils, cups, etc. Having the elevator was so nice to access all 3 levels with ease. Access to the beach was 3-4 minute away along with all the food options downtown.

We had an amazing stay, everything was impeccable. Every room had it's own mini fridge along with the main kitchen fridge and the garage fridge. The elevator made things easy to take up to the 3rd floor where the main living/kitchen areas are located. This place had everything we needed to enjoy our family getaway. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been to this rental before for a golf trip and it does not disappoint. This time a new golfer came on the trip and he went on and on about how nice the house and location is. The house and setting can't be beat for the price, and I've already booked the house for our next golf trip in August. The elevator takes any concerns about going up and down the 3 levels away, and the Kitchen is very well laid out. And the primary Bedroom and Bath are very nice indeed. Blue Swell is very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them and this house to anyone.
