This place is a FIND! The PERFECT LOCATION. It is SO well stocked, it has the cutest decorations and was CLEAN AS A WHISTLE :)

It is not meant for 2 couples. The second couples bedroom and bathroom are small, The shower in the sencind bathroom is so small that when you are showering you have to turnthe water off so you can actually wash yourself etc. Other than that it was fine and also I did not like that the owners occupy the other side, in the listing it said they do not but we met them.

Great little place, well stocked

I have stayed at a lot of rental properties all over the country traveling for work, and this was one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed, was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. Quick 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants.

We were surprised that the second bathroom was on a different floor from the second bedroom. That was a bit inconvenient for the person in that bedroom. Also the water pressure was not great in the shower. Great neighborhood and very quiet

Bridesmaids wedding eve sleepover and get ready

I booked this for my daughter and her bridesmaids for getting ready on wedding day. It is exquisitely decorated and every single possible detail is covered! It was the perfect spot!

Charming house in 12 South

My husband & I along with another couple game out from CA to visit Nashville for 5 days. This house in the great 12 South neighborhood was so charming, spotless & beautifully decorated . It is an easy walk to coffee, restaurants & great little shops, & an easy Uber ride to downtown, Broadway & other attractions. Easy check in & check out. I would highly recommend!

Nice house. It is a 2 bedroom however the master has a bath and the second bedroom either has to go downstairs or go into the master to use the bathroom. Otherwise it is a great location and very clean.
