Perfect location, perfect hosts! Highly recommend Runaway Island as my husband and I ate there 3 times during our stay, the parmesan crusted grouper was delicious. Also highly recommend going to the chair rental hut as soon as you arrive. They let you reserve the chairs for several days out. Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back soon!

Overall the stay was great. Great location and right on the beach. The unit was very clean other than there was a lot of sand in the floor and on the countertops when we first arrived. But that is not the hosts fault. The host, Jill was great. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms and she was quick to call us and get a plumber there to fix it. I would definitely stay here again. I don’t think there are pictures of the bathrooms on the listing but there are two full bathrooms and they were both nice. I liked that there was plenty of furniture in the living room as well.

10 out of 10, great communication from the host, everything was there that we needed and more, included beach chairs and umbrella are a huge bonus, several restaurants withing walking distance, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Accommodations were comfortable with a nice view of the Gulf. The balcony offered plenty of room for us a couple to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Located on the 8th floor was enough to separate us from the noise on the beach. Our host's communication throughout the process was great! Her instructions and expectations were clear and easy. The only problem we had was the parking garage access code-WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF OUR HOST. The building had gone to a new system to use and the software apparently had an issue. Our host resolved the issue immediately and had no more problems with garage. If you are looking to enjoy spending time on the beach, I recommend trying this rental.

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed in a great location. Host was wonderful and very responsive. The first morning there I realized our coffee pot was not working. I let the host know and she had somebody there within 30 minutes to access. We had a new coffee pot in our room within a few hours. I would highly recommend staying here. The two included beach chairs was a nice bonus.

We stay at Emerald Beach Resort every year. We’ve tried other places over the years, but we always find ourselves coming back. This unit on the 8th floor was perfect for us since we were able to take the stairs most of the trip, which helped us avoid the elevators—the only downside of staying at Emerald Beach. That certainly won’t stop us from coming back, though!The view from the unit is amazing, the amenities are great, and the location is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive to Walmart and Pier Park. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Jill was wonderful and very easy to contact whenever we had questions. We also really enjoyed having the beach chairs included with the unit. One tip for future guests: stop by the beach chair shack as soon as you arrive to reserve your chairs for the week. We’ll definitely know that for next time!Overall, we highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! The view of the ocean was awesome. Everything was just like all the pictures.

It was very easy to book, Jill was great. Definitely will stay again it had everything we needed.
